This two bedroom, two bath, fully-equipped condo has a gorgeous dining and living room as well as a large eat-in kitchen and screened lanai (with outdoor kitchen) overlooking a small lake. Three TV's (cable), a DVD, wireless internet and a well equipped kitchen, all in a beautiful and quiet gated community make for a very comfortable stay. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms allow for total privacy for each room with private bath.
Add to this the largest heated pool between Tampa and Miami, club house, tennis courts, boccie ball area, and putting green and you have the makings of a relaxed, stress free vacation.
Located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Airport, Naples offers a year round haven for beachcombers, boaters, and sport fisherman alike. Some of South Florida's most highly acclaimed restaurants are in the neighborhood along with fine arts, culture, theater, galleries, antiques, symphony, and opera. Fifth Avenue, the heart of Naples, is just minutes away with fine dining and shopping. A 15 minute ride will also take you to large outlet shopping!
For the morning coffee or a quick run to the grocery store - you will find Publics and Starbucks only .7 mile from the front gate.

Why the Owner Chose Falling Waters
Welcome to my home. I purchased this condo in anticipation of my retirement in 5 or 10 years. Until that time I look forward to sharing my lovely place with you. I purchased in Naples because my mom had a place for the last 20 years in Marco which afforded me the opportunity to experience the area first hand. The weather is wonderful!!! Even when it is not very nice on the east coast- the west coast always seems to be better. The residents of Naples are also very pleasant and the area has activities for everyone. The condo was tastefully furnished and painted and I have tried to make sure that my guests have everything that they need from a hairdryer to toothpaste! I just returned from Naples when I had an opportunity to add a few things in my constant effort to make my guests happy. If you have a special request that I can accommodate please let me know. I welcome your input and look forward to making my place your "home away from home". You might also like to know that I have a wonderful workman on call in Naples in the event that something unforeseen arises.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unit has an outdoor kitchen on the lanai - perfect for grilling on the Jenn Air in the evening... while enjoying a lovely view of the lake and fountains. The grounds are well maintained and perfect for walking and biking. As this unit is at the back of the complex it is very quiet.... and private.

In hopes of making you comfortable with the owner of the condo you are about to rent VRBO has given me this space to introduce myself. I am Jan Maria - a Connecticut native school teacher. My interests include the arts, theater, travel, entertaining, volunteering and nature. The qualities that best describe me would have to be -passionate about life, playful, caring, responsible, giving - a woman of her word.
I own a condo in Florida in hopes that someday I can escape the winters of New England. It is my desire to make my home as comfortable as possible so that you will enjoy your stay and return next year.

our family had fun in naples. the home was very beautiful. The pictures was true. The owner was very nice and help ful. As far as the office staff they were not so nice. They did not know how to treat people.There was a lot to do in the area.

We spent four months during season (Jan. thru April 2010) at Jan's condo and found it to be exactly as described - decorated beautifully, clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Jan is the quintessential hostess and has anticipated her guests' needs and requirements for a worry-free environment. The kitchen is well-equipped and if we found we needed something, she promptly saw to it that it was provided. Falling Waters is a great community and the pool is very impressive. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in Naples!

We have just spent almost 6 weeks at Janmarias condo and wish we could have spent many more.The condo is lovely beautifully furnished and everything you need is there.Falling Waters is a great complex superbly landscaped and well maintained and the pool is wonderful.We were made most welcome by everyone we met and Janmaria was a very attentive host who is really concerned about the well being of her guests.We have no hesitation in recommending Jan and her condo to any future guests.

We rented from Jan this past season. Of all our experiences renting condos in Florida in the past nine years, this was by far the best. Falling Waters is a delightful complex. The condo was furnished and equipped exactly as Jan described; it did, infact, have everything we needed. Jan was prompt in getting back to us if we had any questions and was very accomodating. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Stayed here Feb. and March 2009. This condo is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large lanai which has plenty of furniture for dining or just relaxing. It gets morning sun and afternoon shade so it's great after a day at the pool or beach. The outdoor kitchen is a big plus too. Jan Maria goes out of her way to accommodate her guests. I highly recommend staying here any time of the year.

Wow what a place we had a great time. This condo is perfect in every way. Very peaceful, beautiful, and an awesome pool. The beds are wonderful we rested great the whole time we were there and we usually don't away from our home bed. Jan Maria is great she goes out of her way to may sure you have a pleasant time. We accidentally left my husband's watch and ring there and her very trustworthy house keeper found them, told Jan and she had sent to us at home. Now that is more that anyone could expect. We stayed in this Condo the month of November 08. It was a beautiful stay, very comfortable, very quite, beautiful pool and everyone is very friendly in complex. Plan to go back next year for sure. Also the Condo has everything in it to accommodate for anyone. Very clean and beautiful furniture, best place we have ever stayed in and Janmaria is the best and if you need anything she is a phone call away.
