Beautifully decorated 1st floor Condo unit. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to cook at home or bring in and dine at the wonderful breakfast bar. The kitchen sink has a built in water filter.
Boutique Charm is smartly furnished and you’ll be ready for relaxing in this fully furnished unit with cable and Wi-Fi throughout and two electric fireplaces for those cool evenings.
The master bedroom features a king size bed
with park like views and plasma TV.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a plasma TV. LOTS of books and up to date magazines supplied.
Living room features a pull out Queen sofa bed, plasma TV and antique wardrobe.
Plenty of closet space, lots of linens, iron, blow dryer and curling iron. 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs, too!
The bath features a handicap shower, with a filtered shower head, and some personal products provided.
You’ll also find a coin-op washer & dryer in the basement.
A soundproofed ceiling ensures peace and quiet. Maid service is available upon request. Most cleaning is eco-friendly and “green” cleaning products are provided for bath and kitchen.
A small sitting area can be utilized outdoors. Boutique Charm is located within walking distance to downtown Newport where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, the harbor and park. Also within walking distance to a covered bus stop for your day adventures!

My sister and I (20-somethings) stayed here for our week in Newport and were very satisfied with our choice in this condo! It was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet, yet very close to the Thames St area as well as famous mansions and Cliff Walk. We were able to walk or take a short drive to everything we wanted to see. Overall, this is a far far nicer experience than staying in a hotel where we would have paid a similar price! I would recommend it to anyone I know who was planning a visit to Newport.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed here last summer for a short weekend getaway. It was clean, located close to what we wanted to do and was nicely decorated. The owner informed us that there was a laundry room that we could use. We didn't use it but I could see how it could come in handy if we were staying longer or had kids.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
