The location of Our 75+ year old cottage is awesome. We are two and a half blocks from the beach and Naples Pier. Our 3 Bedroom 2 bath cottage is in the heart of Olde Naples yet ensconced in total privacy. The property is situated in the heart of the Garden District on 3rd street. World class dining and shopping are steps from your door; however, the entire property sits behind a beautiful park and stretches for one half of a block along 3rd Street.
Stroll just 2 1/2 blocks amidst beautifully restored cottages to our white, sandy, sun drenched beaches. In the morning be audience to dolphins swimming just a few feet from shore or frolicking around the Historic Naples Pier. In late afternoon don't forget to take along your favorite aperitif as the exquisite sunsets are breathtaking and the ambiance is magical. Saturday morning meander to the Farmer's Market behind Tommy Bahamas for fresh local fruits, vegetables, flowers, seafood, soups, pastries etc.
Although delectable outdoor cafés, elegant shops, and tropical rhythms beckon you, close to a quarter of an acre of lush palm trees, tropical vegetation and a fountain provide complete privacy.
Our three bedroom cottage with refinished original Pine wood flooring, and painted ceiling is incredibly charming. Kitchen has been remodeled, but still retains the original charm. This cottage is perfect for two couples as each sleeping area with private baths are at completely different ends of the cottage.
A lovely patio area with dining for 6 is inviting in the morning as well in the afternoons. A Weber grill is great for your outdoor cooking.
Furniture is extremely comfortable and is a mixture of antiques, rattan, wicker, comfortable arm chairs, and a leather chair with ottoman in one bedroom. White upholstery slipcovers are used for high season. The front porch is a lovely gathering spot for entertaining friends and family: Dining area, plus sofas and a TV.
