We had the pleasure of staying at the villa for a week in August 2012. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The villa is in a lovely community which is incredibly quiet and well located to get to the beaches as well as Tampa, Busch Gardens etc. The owners of the property (Stuart and Tracy) live close to the villa and were on hand at arrival to answer any questions and recommend local places to visit and eat etc. They both clearly take great pride in the property and the service they provide and are excellent in all regards. I would highly recommend the property and will definately come back at some point in the future.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

Just stayed in this lovely villa for three weeks. The villa is clean and everthing you could wish is there. Everthing is exactly the same as you see on the pictures. The back of the home opens up to a wonderful pool that over looks a nature preserve. The view is breathtaking and you will see deer, aligators, turtles, eagles and other beautiful birds. It is possible to go to a lot of beautiful places. We went to Disney World, Sea World, The Everglades, Fort Meyers, Miami, The Keys, Tampa and a lot of beautiful beaches. I would recommend the beach on Honeymoon Island and there you can get a boat to Caledesi Island. Also Clearwater Beach is a great beach to go, from there you can make all kinds of boat trips. We did the trip with dolphins. There are a lot of good restaurants you can go: Chilis, Golden Corral and Outback. When you love shopping you can go to the big Outlet Stores in Orlando and Ellenton. We went to both, is was great to shop there and to see so many stores together. Many thanks to Stuart and his family for a wonderful holiday.Did you find this review helpful? The owners of this lovely home have spared no expense in furnishing and decorating this home. We were fortunate enough to spend the entire month of January, 2012 in this beautiful setting. The back of the home opens up to a wonderful pool that over looks a nature preserve that gives you absolute privacy. The kitchen is stocked with very nice table settings, flatware and pots and pans. You will only need to visit the nearby Publix grocery store to stock your refrigerator and begin enjoying your stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a quality rental. Stuart was very responsive to questions we had regarding our booking and lives nearby if you need any assistance.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 7/7

Mike and I arrived from Tampa airport October 2011 with just a 40 minute drive to the villa and what a villa, clean, spacious and a view thats breathtaking. If your lucky like we were you will see deer early in the morning. The villa is outstanding and very difficult to fault, there is everything you could possibly want at hand. The owners have thought of everything and it feels like home from home. There is a Publix supermarket a few minutes drive away with everything you might need. I would highly recommend the beach on Honeymoon Island and you can get a boat to Caledesi Island. Busch gardens is only one hour away. The shopping malls are great especially Dillards and Maceys. Restaurants Bon Appetite in Dunedin do the most succulent redsnapper ever and Dundein is also a nice village to walk round.. Bonefish Restaurant do a lovely fish and chips. The fish is cooked in such a light batter it melts in your mouth. There is also local forestry parks nearby which again are worth visiting. The owners Stuart and Tracey only live three doors away which is handy if you should have a problem and they are the nicest couple you could meet. Friendly and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this spacious villa to family and freinds and would love to go back and visit again. Thank you Stuart and Tracey , you have a lovely villa and deserve a great review.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Just returned from 2 weeks in Stuart's villa; well, where to start ... Immaculate holiday home with all of the facilities you could ask for; plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture for lounging, great sized pool with tables, chairs, sun beds AND a hidden bathroom/showerroom as a bonus. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the master bathroom was brilliant. Books, games, some Kids DVDs/Videos were little extras we weren't expecting. The kids loved it .... The location was also perfect for us; Publix supermarket and take-outs only 2 minutes away, Howard Park beach only 10-15 mins down the road, Clearwater beach 30 mins, Mitchell Ranch shopping (Target, Marshalls, Ross, Chillis, Steak n Shake) 5 mins, and Countryside Mall (many great shops and ice skating) 20 mins. We also went to Orlando Universal Studios taking 1 hour 45 on a very easy set of roads and Busch Gardens Water Park taking 40 mins (avoid the Caribbean Corkscrew if you want to hold onto your senses!) Again the kids loved it. Trinity is a peaceful well groomed location and with the nature reserve as a backdrop, this villa is really hard to beat. We saw some deer and eagles but no gators or turkeys, but Stuart promised us a picture to prove they exist :-) We are usually Florida Keys people, but decided to some back to the Clearwater area after some time away, and we did not regret the decision. We have definetely added this to our list of getaway villas. Thanks to Stuart and Tracy for making this villa available to us. I'm sure we'll be back.....Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

We can completely agree with all the other comments that have been written about this lovely villa, after an easy journey from Tampa Airport you find yourself in a lovely big well furnished villa in a quiet cul de sac on a nature reserve. the pictures of the villa really do not do it justice and the views to the back over the lake are quite breathtaking especially first thing in the morning as the sun is coming up, its well situated for the US19 and the the gulf beaches, honeymoon island was lovely and great for shelling especially after a storm, we went outlet shopping at ellenton, kayaking at fred howard park and then into tarpon springs for a good meal and to Tropicanna field to watch the tampa bay rays play baseball, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all a short drive away. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa, it was always a pleasure to come back to after a day out especially sitting outside with a beer and watching the wildlife, The owners Stuart and Tracy live a few doors down and have taken a lot of care with this house, you can tell that it's more than just a business to them.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Over the past 20 years we have stayed in many villas in Florida and without any doubt this is by far the best. Immaculate interior decoration enhanced by beautiful new wood flooring and everything you could wish to find in a home from home. What more could you ask for than eating breakfast by the poolside and watching eagles swoop down to collect theirs from the lake! Having read all the previous comments it is difficult to come up with any more superlatives to describe this villa. Many thanks to Stuart and Tracey for a wonderful holiday - two weeks was definitely not long enough!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Just stayed at this villa for a week and had the best time. The villa is superbly equipped and is in an amazing location. It is ideal for the beaches, the shopping malls, and if you really want to go, the theme parks. For us, the best thing, after spending a busy week in New York City, was the opportunity to relax in a quiet residential area overlooking a nature preserve. Imagine sitting by the pool, watching deer drinking from the lake and the gators just slowly gliding round in the water, and you have sheer bliss. That is what greets you here every morning. The photos on the website only give you a glimpse of what is in store. The villa offers so much more. I could not fault this property at all and hope to return. Well done Stuart for providing such an excellent vacation opportunity.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The accommodation was excellent and the outlook over the lake was beautiful. The property was as described - clean and well maintained. Stuart was welcoming and was easy to contact should the need arise. The location was great and perfect for visiting the beaches, attractions (Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Lightning ice hockey, Sea Screamer speed boat tours, ice skating etc), local restaurants and supermarkets. The restaurants which we particularly liked were Bonefish, Chillis, Crabby Bob's and Frenchies at Clearwater Beach. We would definitely recommend the property and location and would willingly go back at a moments notice!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed at this villa for two weeks from the end of August 09. From the first contact with Stewart everything went smoothly, the direction from the airport were easy to follow just what you want after a long flight. The area is very clean and quite, the villa itself is set in a typical American suburb that has quick and direct access to Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater and North Florida. On arrival the villa is nice and big, very well maintained and clean, the pool area is just great, the villa backs onto a very large lake which is set in a nature reserve, on our first morning we saw two deer drinking from it, the rest of our vacation we saw a variety of different wildlife. In the local area there are some good parks where you can go for walks or have a BBQ next to the lake, shopping malls and beaches are just a short drive away. There is also a Publix, CVS (Chemist) and a walk in clinic to point out just a few within half a mile. The whole holiday was just so relaxing and nice to be around Americans in their local community We would recommend this to anyone who wants a proper American vacation away from the hustle and bustle, suitable for all ages with easy access.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

the proprty is superbly located in a quite residential area, with views from the rear aspect to a lake and nature reserve, and yes we did see alligators, deer, large fish , lizzards, but no turkeys. the property is well equiped and furnished, with a large outdoor deck, screened so no insects bother you, so you can eat and drink al fresco. local shops , restaurants and beaches are a short drive away.there are numerous places to eat from al-a carte to fast food, shops in the local mall range from large department stores to small specialist retailers. the drive from tampa airport is about 30-40 mins, have visited the property before and we have in the past taken family and friends, and it is equally suited to all ages, you decide to either chill out or travel out and about.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Once again we have just returned from another great holiday at this property. The villa is beautiful, clean and very well maintained by Stuart the owner who is always available if you need him. The pool area is perfect as it backs onto a nature reserve and is quite spectacular to watch the wildlife day and night. The villa is only 30 minutes drive from Tampa airport and is quite a straight forward journey. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We love Chillis and Bonefish but we also enjoyed eating outside round the pool. Beaches are within easy reach we love Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island. We have been going to Florida for the past fifteen years and for the last four years we have been staying at this villa, and we hope to return very soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Returned from an amazing holiday in May with my husband and 3 year old son. The property was fantastic, beautifully decorated throughout, with a very clean and warm pool. The property was very well managed by the owner who also offered good advice. The property is set on the edge of a Nature Preserve and we saw all kinds of wildlife, Wild Turkeys, Aligators and Racoons and many more. The property is set in an ideal location, close to some lovely beaches, we particually liked Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island and it is also within an hour and half drive to Disney in Orlando. Definately a place that we would like to return to.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a fantastic 2 week relaxing holiday. The villa was perfect, lovely pool, stunning master bedroom with luxurious en-suite, very well equipped large kitchen and comfortable lounge area for the whole family to relax in. We spent many hours playing in the pool and watching the wildlife in and around the adjacent lake. Fish jumping, turtles, aligators (you can see their eyes with a torch at night, amazing) and many beautiful birds. The villa is in a quiet area which was great after a busy day out. We spent many evenings tucking in to our favorite food while sat by the pool, listening to some relaxing music and chilling, heaven. As soon as you open the front door you realise everything is as promised and a little more. The villa is spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Master bed and bath are superb. The six foot wide bed is so comfortable you'll want to take it home. Stuart is as helpful as can be, and is happy to suggest restaurants, shopping malls and beaches from personal experience. There is also a useful guide in the home with all kinds of local information. Restaurants a plenty within easy driving distance; fantastic Florida food and lunchtime (and evening) views over Lake Tarpon or the Gulf of Mexico. Although the view from the villa's pool is pretty spectacular too, if you prefer to eat at home. I've recommended this property to my sister in law and they've booked to stay early next year. I think it may become a race between us as to who reserves first after they have made their first visit. A car is a must to make the most of your holiday. Tampa airport is an easy 30 minute drive and one of our alltime favourite no stress airports. We've been booking this holiday home for over 10 years and the only thing we have disliked is British Airways losing our luggage! Our favourite places to eat are (in no particular order):- Sams beach bar (Hudson Beach), sit and watch the boaters on the Gulf with super food. Our lunchtime favourite. Hops- a micro-brewery, try the Jamaican Steak! Chilis- Tex Mex careful what you order, embarassing when you leave half on the plate. Cristos- Breakfast heaven. Publix & Pannera Bread - Sandwiches to die for! Carrabbas-Italian American, too many dishes to mention. Bonefish-excellent fish restaurant. Our favourite beaches are:- Honeymoon Island (State Park) and Caladesi Island voted the best beach in Florida.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
