Our beautiful, spacious 1442 square feet, centrally air conditioned two bed condo, Windsor Court N. 4302, is located on the third floor of a luxurious, gated five-story, direct oceanfront development, Windsor Court North, which is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort (Family and Leisure Magazine's #1 Family Resort in North America). There are many Windsor Court condos listed with VRBO but the condos are not comparable since they may vary in the ocean view, level of furnishings and condition of the furnishings and floors. Some condos have the ocean views obstructed by trees or the pool houses and certain units may show more wear and tear with tired looking furniture and kitchen appliances. Our condo has unobstructed ocean views, ceramic title floors, handmade area rugs and designer selected furniture all in excellent condition, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Our unit is in a rental program that caters to discerning customers which requires we meet its high standards.We have paid attention to the small details for your comfort, such as fine china, reading lamps,lounge chairs for the balcony, wireless internet, a vanity set in the bedroom . From our condo you are steps away from the ocean and the beach, and a short walk away from two premier hotels, The Hilton Head Resort and the Marriott Hotel, which offer fabulous restaurants, a health club and spa and lively evening entertainment.
Our condo has been professionally decorated to give our guests a first class visit and the combination of 9 ft ceilings with ceilings fans in each bedroom and the living room, Tommy Bahama décor, handmade Oriental area rugs in each room, Asian artifacts, exquisite furnishings and serene ocean views creates a true island atmosphere. We have beautiful ceramic floors in our bedrooms ,living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room, as well as stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. What truly gives you the sense of being on an island when in our condo is that from every room, whether standing in the kitchen, relaxing in the living or dining room or in either bedroom suite,you have stunning beach and ocean views. Our kitchen comes fully equipped and offers an eat-in bar for 2 from which you have spectacular ocean views. Right off of the kitchen there is a laundry room, with a full sized washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided.
The dining room, which also has terrific ocean views, seats up to 6 and opens to a gorgeous living area complete with queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, a 36 inch Sony Vega TV, VCR, DVD, and wonderful views of the Atlantic. The large master suite has a king bed, TV/VCR, walk-in closet, vanity set including table, mirror and chair, a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower and of course, fabulous ocean views. Our guest suite is furnished with a king-swing bed that can be divided into 2 twins upon request. This suite also has a TV/VCR, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination with terrific ocean views.
Off the living area and guest bedroom suite is a great oceanfront balcony. Here, you will find a table with chairs that seats 4, small glass top cocktail table and 2 reclining sling back lounge chairs, making it a perfect spot for viewing the sunrise over the Atlantic. No detail has been spared in our VIP Hilton Head villa! We visit often, and are responsive to comments from our guests about how we can make their next stay even more enjoyable. DSL/wireless, high-speed internet is also available for you at no additional charge.
Windsor Court North provides a ground floor, covered parking garage, along with an elevator for easy access to all five floors. There is a private pool complex for residents and guests which is comprised of a large pool, seasonally heated, with children's playground, a wading pool, large hot tub, restrooms, and covered gazebo area for shade with built in BBQ grill for poolside dining or cocktails.
While you are staying at our condo, you can enjoy having the amenities of rental bikes to ride on the quiet, very wide beach in front Windsor Court North, the tennis courts and golf courses, all conveniently located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. You can also take advantage of the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy which, on demand, will take you around the Palmetto Dunes Resort and over to Shelter Cove Marina, across highway 278 from Palmetto Dunes Resort, which has wonderful restaurants, a variety of shops and nightly entertainment.

When we arrived, we were so tickled to walk into such beautiful accommodations . . . and then we saw the ocean from the living room and bedroom and it was simply breath-taking! The courtyard between the unit and the ocean was so lush and full of color, the landscaping was meticulous. We were also surprised at how quiet and peaceful the unit was during the morning, day, and evening - despite there being so many other vactioners staying in the condo. The unit was set within the picturesque Palmetto Dunes - it was a treat coming back to it from our many outings during the day. The pool was very nice and relaxing too. I would highly recommend this unit to any family staying on Hilton Head Island.

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at your condo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the beautiful ocean view in the living room, and were thrilled to have that amazing view from both bedrooms as well. I have been to HH 6 times, and this is the best ocean view that we have had. Your condo is nicely decorated and clean, with just the right amount of decorations. We have little children, and it is always difficult to keep them from getting into closets/cabinets/etc, and it was nice that we didn't have to worry about this. All of the rooms had up to date fixtures, including furniture, appliances, etc. The beach toys and supplies were a nice touch as well. We hope to return to HH next year and stay with you again!

We stayed with our 2 small children and the place was just perfect! The pool is great and the view was nice. The pool area has a pond nearby with fish & turtles and our kids loved it. We felt it was very quiet, we never could hear anyone else around us, which was a plus. The path out to the beach was easy and beautiful! The beach was perfect too. The area around the building is quite inviting, with bike/walking trails and lots of big trees & flowers. My only small complaint would be the toilet paper & tissue paper are hard paper and awful! I just think for the cost, that should have been much better. We very much enjoyed our week and would definitely return to this place if we come back to Hilton Head.
Owner response:We always appreciate recommendations from our guests about improving their experience in our Hilton Head home, and we we have conveyed our guest's comment about the toilet paper and tissue paper to our rental agent. Our rental agent also asks each guest when they check-out to fill out a comment card so that our rental agent can address any issue raised by our guests. Our rental agency's policy is to provide an initial starter amount of paper goods, such as tissues and toilet paper, and when those goods are depleted, each guest can replenish with paper goods of their choice. We look forward to having this guest and her family return, and hope they have a "softer" experience next time!

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation largely due to the clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations offered by this beautiful condo. The incredible ocean view from both bedrooms, living room and balcony are immensely enjoyable from sunrise to sunset. The condo was meticulously clean and very well maintained, offering a welcoming, cozy place for our family to spend our vacation. Steps away are the pools (main pool, hot tub and baby pool), and of course, the amazing, expansive Hilton Head beach. Returning from both the beach and the pool is very simple, quick and easy - a huge advantage for parents of young children on beach vacations. You can't ask for a better setup! As most are aware, HH has a large variety of fun activities, especially for families. There are many kid-friendly outdoor activities, restaurants and shops, all of which make the island a premier vacation destination. Having this fantastic condo effectively serve as our "home base" during the trip made the vacation a tremendous experience for the whole family. We would most definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay during a Hilton Head vacation - we will certainly be back for more priceless memories in the future!

Very lovely villa with wonderful ocean views. Everything was pretty well maintained, but the carpeting was quite dirty and the red chair had dark stains in the headrest area which was bothersome. Also, the vent by the heating/cooling system was very dirty. Other than that, it was very nice, and I would stay there again. The grounds, garages, elevators, hallways and stairways, as well as the pool area are in immaculate condition. When we arrived, a light bulb was broken off in the main lamp in the living room, and two other lamps had burned out bulbs with no replacements, and we did have to fix the one lamp and buy lightbulbs which I think should be provided in case this happens.
Owner response:Each year before the spring and summer season our rental agent arranges for an annual deep clean which includes having a carrpet specialist clean the carpet and remove stains and also includes checking that everything in our unit is in pristine condition. Our rental agent sends us an itemized list of whatever needs to be repaired, cleaned, or replaced, which we authorize the rental agent at our expense to repair, clean or replace. Consequently, we were surprised that our guests observed that the carpet and certain items were dirty or that light bulbs needed to be replaced. We want out guests to have a 5 Star experience and so we appreciate the constructive criticism. We have forwarded this review to our rental agent to make sure that any items that need to be cleaned or replaced are taken tare of. Our guests did not call our rental agent to replace the light bulb which would have saved them the bother or cost of replacing any bulbs. Our rental agent's telephone number is prominently displayed in our condo and our rental agent is available to handle any of these nuisance issues such as light bulbs burning out at the convenience of the guests without any charge to our guests. To maintain the highest standards for our condo, we have in the last week of August 2011 replaced the carpet in the bedrooms and hallway with the same beautiful ceramic tile we have in the living room/dining room/kitchen and have also added to each bedroom gorgeous handmade wool Oriental area rugs. We are confident that when these guests return, they, like our other guests, will give us a 5 star rating. As you can see, all subsequent ratings are 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and the condo was great. We vacationed with another couple and the condo was very spacious and roomy. We plan on returning to HHI again next summer. We will definitely rent your unit again if we go with another family.
