As parents of two young children, we could not ask for a more perfect beachfront setting than this wonderful unit. Waking up each morning to majestic views of the ocean was incredibly relaxing and invigorating for each day of fun that lay ahead for the whole family. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and neatly decorated with a true island feel, allowing for everyone to relax and do their own thing during time spent in the condo. Being situated steps away from both the pool and beach is a great attribute, especially for the kids. There’s no hassle with bringing gear to/from the beach or pool and one can easily return to the unit within just a few moments if necessary. We met other families with young children who agreed that the Windsor Court setting was the premier location to stay on the island. Speaking of the island, we have witnessed a pleasant trend over the past several years in which a welcoming family-friendly atmosphere has taken shape on Hilton Head across the island’s many activities, events and restaurants. We enjoyed venturing out to different spots across the entire island, with pictures and videos captured at each step of the way to remind the kids of their great vacation memories when they are back at home. We can easily envision other families enjoying equally terrific times by basing their HH vacations from this awesome unit.

A Perfect Escape

Six weeks in your condo was the perfect escape from our Northern winter. While we were told the weather this year was unseasonably warm, we took full advantage of walks on the beach and great golf. The condo was nicely decorated, with many little extras that made a nice difference. The kitchen was well furnished, clean and nicely maintained. Any problems we encountered, such as the doorbell that stopped working, was immediately corrected by the rental agency. We were extremely pleased, and look forward to returning.

Wonderful, high-end unit with beautiful view

When we arrived, we were so tickled to walk into such beautiful accommodations . . . and then we saw the ocean from the living room and bedroom and it was simply breath-taking! The courtyard between the unit and the ocean was so lush and full of color, the landscaping was meticulous. We were also surprised at how quiet and peaceful the unit was during the morning, day, and evening - despite there being so many other vactioners staying in the condo. The unit was set within the picturesque Palmetto Dunes - it was a treat coming back to it from our many outings during the day. The pool was very nice and relaxing too. I would highly recommend this unit to any family staying on Hilton Head Island.

Excellent condo on the beach in fabulous Palmetto Dunes

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at your condo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the beautiful ocean view in the living room, and were thrilled to have that amazing view from both bedrooms as well. I have been to HH 6 times, and this is the best ocean view that we have had. Your condo is nicely decorated and clean, with just the right amount of decorations. We have little children, and it is always difficult to keep them from getting into closets/cabinets/etc, and it was nice that we didn't have to worry about this. All of the rooms had up to date fixtures, including furniture, appliances, etc. The beach toys and supplies were a nice touch as well. We hope to return to HH next year and stay with you again!

We stayed with our 2 small children and the place was just perfect! The pool is great and the view was nice. The pool area has a pond nearby with fish & turtles and our kids loved it. We felt it was very quiet, we never could hear anyone else around us, which was a plus. The path out to the beach was easy and beautiful! The beach was perfect too. The area around the building is quite inviting, with bike/walking trails and lots of big trees & flowers. My only small complaint would be the toilet paper & tissue paper are hard paper and awful! I just think for the cost, that should have been much better. We very much enjoyed our week and would definitely return to this place if we come back to Hilton Head.

Owner response:We always appreciate recommendations from our guests about improving their experience in our Hilton Head home, and we we have conveyed our guest's comment about the toilet paper and tissue paper to our rental agent. Our rental agent also asks each guest when they check-out to fill out a comment card so that our rental agent can address any issue raised by our guests. Our rental agency's policy is to provide an initial starter amount of paper goods, such as tissues and toilet paper, and when those goods are depleted, each guest can replenish with paper goods of their choice. We look forward to having this guest and her family return, and hope they have a "softer" experience next time!

5-Star Vacation Experience

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation largely due to the clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations offered by this beautiful condo. The incredible ocean view from both bedrooms, living room and balcony are immensely enjoyable from sunrise to sunset. The condo was meticulously clean and very well maintained, offering a welcoming, cozy place for our family to spend our vacation. Steps away are the pools (main pool, hot tub and baby pool), and of course, the amazing, expansive Hilton Head beach. Returning from both the beach and the pool is very simple, quick and easy - a huge advantage for parents of young children on beach vacations. You can't ask for a better setup! As most are aware, HH has a large variety of fun activities, especially for families. There are many kid-friendly outdoor activities, restaurants and shops, all of which make the island a premier vacation destination. Having this fantastic condo effectively serve as our "home base" during the trip made the vacation a tremendous experience for the whole family. We would most definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay during a Hilton Head vacation - we will certainly be back for more priceless memories in the future!

Golf Enthusiasts

Very lovely villa with wonderful ocean views. Everything was pretty well maintained, but the carpeting was quite dirty and the red chair had dark stains in the headrest area which was bothersome. Also, the vent by the heating/cooling system was very dirty. Other than that, it was very nice, and I would stay there again. The grounds, garages, elevators, hallways and stairways, as well as the pool area are in immaculate condition. When we arrived, a light bulb was broken off in the main lamp in the living room, and two other lamps had burned out bulbs with no replacements, and we did have to fix the one lamp and buy lightbulbs which I think should be provided in case this happens.

Owner response:Each year before the spring and summer season our rental agent arranges for an annual deep clean which includes having a carrpet specialist clean the carpet and remove stains and also includes checking that everything in our unit is in pristine condition. Our rental agent sends us an itemized list of whatever needs to be repaired, cleaned, or replaced, which we authorize the rental agent at our expense to repair, clean or replace. Consequently, we were surprised that our guests observed that the carpet and certain items were dirty or that light bulbs needed to be replaced. We want out guests to have a 5 Star experience and so we appreciate the constructive criticism. We have forwarded this review to our rental agent to make sure that any items that need to be cleaned or replaced are taken tare of. Our guests did not call our rental agent to replace the light bulb which would have saved them the bother or cost of replacing any bulbs. Our rental agent's telephone number is prominently displayed in our condo and our rental agent is available to handle any of these nuisance issues such as light bulbs burning out at the convenience of the guests without any charge to our guests. To maintain the highest standards for our condo, we have in the last week of August 2011 replaced the carpet in the bedrooms and hallway with the same beautiful ceramic tile we have in the living room/dining room/kitchen and have also added to each bedroom gorgeous handmade wool Oriental area rugs. We are confident that when these guests return, they, like our other guests, will give us a 5 star rating. As you can see, all subsequent ratings are 5 stars.

Unit was everything I expected from the listing and more. It is located close to the elevator and has a great view from every room. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is wanting to stay in the Palmetto Dunes area. It is close to Shelter Cove and many of the attractions that make Hilton Head such an enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed the cruise to Savannah on the Spirit Of Harbor Town and the Old Savannah Tour of the historic district of Savannah. The unit was very clean and well kept.

Our second year in Hilton Head staying at this Windsor Court condo did not disappoint, it was the perfect vacation for our family. The condo was perfectly decorated, immaculate and felt like our home away from home. Each day was filled with fun in the sun at the beach and pool which are both steps away from the condo. We look foward to our new family tradition traveling to Hilton Head each year and the amenities at the condo and resort make it the perfect destination that we hope to continue year after year!!

We had a wonderful experience in your beautiful spacious condo. The views of the ocean with fabulous sunrises were very special. The place was clean, very invitingly decorated in a comfortable and refreshing way. The peaceful balcony with the sounds of the ocean waves were delightful.
