This home is located in the gated Kiwanda Shores section of Pacific City. It is a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach where shoreline activities abound. All kinds of things to do, such as surfing, body surfing, kite flying, picnicking, jogging, observing tidal pools, watching beautiful sunsets, or even just strolling. These are just some of the activities that this recreation mecca provides. The Pacific City area is close to some of the best fishing and crabbing to be found on the coast.
The home is very conducive to a family style vacation in that it has an open floor plan making for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The upstairs master bedroom has two queen beds. One of the two downstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, and the other bedroom is equipped with two full beds. There is also a large utility room equipped with washer/dryer and a utility sink. Plenty of sand toys for the kids are available too.
Also within walking or a short driving distance are several shops and restaurants for those that don't want to spend all their time out on the beach or doing other outdoor activities.
