This brand new Mountain Estate with 5,200 sq ft. sits on 15 private acres and is only 12 minutes from the ski lift and town. A short 5 minute walk, snow shoe or cross county ski brings you to beautiful Lake Catamount. We are 6 minutes to Sarvis Creek, a grand place for winter and summer fly fishing.
Sit by the large fireplaces and experience the peaceful pleasure you so deserve in this professionally decorated Western Lodge. Totally private, with no traffic, makes this a very safe vacation location. Great for large groups, family reunions or for that special couple who want a romantic and private get away.
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus 2 extra 1/2 baths with a heated 3 car garage. The spacious master suite is on the main floor with a King bed; plus a luxurious bathroom with the sauna, jetted tub and steam shower. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and 2 singles and one with a Queen. There are also two full bathrooms. The lower level family/exercise room is very large with television, wet bar, Pilates reformer machine, and a fold out sofa bed that sleeps 2.
Arrangments can be made for in house massage therapy, acupunturist, personal catering, babysitting, live musical entertainment, ski rental fitting and delivery. We can even arrange for that special someone to deliver your Christmas gifts on Chirstmas morning! Finally, this is the perfect property to host your wedding, anniversary or other special event
A 4- wheel drive vehicle is recommended. We provide a heated garage which is lovely in the winter. We will also provide snow removal. Call for further information.
