Location is within 11 miles to Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Gulf Coast beaches. Very convenient to shopping and movie theaters. Easy access to multiple food outlets and restaurants. Location is 2 hours from Tampa, 3 hours from Orlando, and 3 hours from Miami/ Key West. Area is suited for boating (Public access ramps nearby). Fishing on canal is optional. Cable TV in all bedrooms. Ideal for escape, couples, and/or small families.
