This beautiful home, built in 2006, sits away from noise and traffic, in a very quiet, private and relaxing setting less than 5 minutes from world class Sunriver Resort , 15 minutes to Mt. Bachelor’s powder and 20 minutes from downtown Bend. Just a short walk to Deschutes River with a boat launch and park, this 3 bedroom vacation rental is nestled in the trees and has wonderful mountain furnishings with all the amenities. Everything you need and then some, including: free WiFi, 3 televisions (2 flat screen), satellite TV, 3 DVD players, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, patio with gas BBQ, large fenced yard with horseshoe pit.
This one level home features a comfortable open style with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The cozy living room, which features a widescreen TV, TiVo, DVD player, a gas fired stone fireplace, opens up to the kitchen and dining area. The dining area has seating for four with two more at the counter. There is access to the patio from the dining area where you will find a gas barbecue, table and seating for more. You can relax in the hot tub located off the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. There is a utility room with washer and dryer and ironing board.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and features a queen bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and comfortable sitting area. The second bedroom has a cute pine décor and features a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin beds and a TV and DVD player.
Located on the eastern slopes of the Cascade mountains in the heart of Central Oregon’s recreational paradise, enjoy golfing, skiing, snowboarding, snow mobiles, cross-country skiing, hiking, fly fishing, water rafting, canoeing, kayaking on dozens of streams and rivers, mountain biking on unlimited trails, water skiing and sailing on many of the lakes within the Cascade Lakes recreational areas.
Stay here and you'll be closer to the Sunriver mall, and major golf courses, than a lot of the homes in Sunriver resort area. The style and decor of this home and quality amenities throughout provide an incredible, cozy atmosphere for the ultimate family vacation in the summer or the winter.

We had a wonderful time. Your house is beautiful and the location could not be more perfect. We skied three days at Mt. Bachelor with inches of fresh, fluffy powder on the mountain. I am exhausted, sunburned and couldn’t be happier with our stay.
