Thank You Glenn and Patricia. We had a great time. Gulf-front view and large balcony. Beach service was great. The unit was very clean, and was just like the photos. The property was clean and well maintained. Security was nice also. Could not ask for better owners, very friendly, check-in/check-out was a breeze. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Location was great also, My brother was in the owners other property and it was very nice also. That made it very easy and nice. Thank you again.

Perfect vacation! The condominium was great - beautifully furnished, clean, GREAT VIEW of the ocean and pool, very comfortable and quiet - made for a very relaxing week. The property is very clean, very well maintained - one of the best on the beach. The pool is great, the beach chairs and umbrellas were very convenient. The owners are very friendly, very helpful and check-in/check-out was a breeze. There is so much to see and do - we will definitely be back again (and again!). I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a great family vacation.

Everything was well appointed, very clean, great views (above the palm trees, so you could see the entire ocean), dolphins swim by right off the beach almost every day we were there. Pool was huge, with a heated portion and an unheated portioon. Beach was clean, water was beautiful. We stayed for almost a week, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great Spring Break Get Away

Our family of 5 comfortably enjoyed a relaxing spring break in this great unit last week! The private master was great for us, while the kids enjoyed taking turns on the bunk beds and pull out couch! Our ocean views were breath-taking and the weather was perfect. Even on a cool evening, the heated pool felt great. It was wonderful to have beach service available every day while playing and relaxing on the beautiful white sand. We also enjoyed having a code to access the unit versus keeping up with keys. Most important, the owners are a joy to work with! We will return!

Great stay in 2010

My work took me to Eglin for four months in the fall of 2010 and I stayed in this condo. I would stay again. The beautiful view, large pools and the convenience of a parking garage are all great amenities. The white sand beaches were perfect and the ocean was crystal clear for watching the dolphins from the condo. Very nice unit for individuals and for families with an accommodating owner. Great location, sparkling clean facility, had a wonderful stay!

Spring Break 2010

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time in this unit March/2010. Glenn was very helpful and hospitable with any info we needed prior to and during our stay. The building is in a great location with very easy access to shopping and necessities. The only trips we made by car were to get more supplies. We chose to relax and enjoy the beach - one of the best family trips we've ever had! The balcony is great, the kitchen well equipped, and it was especially nice having 2 full baths with the kids. Beach service and the condo staff were great as well. We will definitely be back! Great economical and relaxing vacation for us!

Wonderful Gulf Front Condo

Thank You Glenn! Such a wonderful family to do business with. What a great place to stay! Condo has a wonderful Gulf-front view and large balcony. It was perfect for our family of 4, we felt right at home there. Atmosphere was very peaceful and pool was warm. Beach service and building staff were excellent. Parking was great, almost at our door. I really liked the fact that the area is not over commercialized, it made for a peaceful stay. It is very easy however to get to anything & everything you need. Thanks to Publix(right over bridge) & Sexton's Fresh Seafood(Destin) we enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals. Also, Fudpuckers(Destin) is a must, just for experience, live alligators, great food & staff and spend the 94cents on the sharpie & leave your mark. Definitely plan on returning some time in the future, love this area of Florida. Also enjoyed Air Force Armament Museum and took a walk out on west jetty in Destin(on right before bridge).

We just returned a week ago from a wonderful stay in this unit. Vacationing in this area for the last 20-25 summers I can honestly say that this unit was first class. The view was incredible. I give it 5 stars. The owners were the best. We will definitely be returning.

Beachfront beauty. The view the Gulf of Mexico is priceless. Drive your car to your 4th floor unit in the parking structure. The pool is located beachfront and covers 5,000 square feet of swimming area. 400' white sand and crystal clear ocean. Exercise room. Quiet area, yet close to everything. Leather furniture.
