Features include: central air conditioning, fans in every room, flat screen TV, TVs in both bedrooms, cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, classical and Hawaiian music collection, central stereo with speakers in every room and on the Lanai.

  • We (4 adults and 2 small children) stayed at Ekolu 910 from Dec 15, 08 to Jan 13, 09. We have rented through VRBO many times, and this condo is among the nicer ones we have seen. The location on the hill above the Wailea hotels offers a stunning view of ocean, other islands and west Maui. In Dec and January, the Humpback whales are almost in constant view. The location is close to uncrowded beaches, shopping and golf. It is only 30 minutes to Kailua and the airport. The condo is tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds. Two spacious lanais overlook the golf course and the ocean beyond. The kitchen is well equipped – we cooked almost all our food. There is good audio-visual equipment with a flat screen HDTV, DVD player and Ipod hookup in the living, and smaller TVs in each bedroom as well as a computer with high speed internet. There was no telephone but that may have changed. The owners were most responsive to our needs, available, very helpful, and extremely personable. We highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a wonderful stay on Maui.

  • Stayed in 9/08, and have been to Ekolu many times, but this is the most luxurious and comfortable unit, with the best view, we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The owners are equally a delight to rent from. It is upstairs, but worth the short climb.
