This in town Sunbeam Estates residence has been called the most unique house in Breckenridge. This stunning contemporary architecturally designed home is on a 1 1/2 half acre lot next to open space in Sunbeam Estates, one of Breckenridge’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
Built into the hillside, every room in the home has views of the ski area. The great room has a soaring ceiling, original art and a circular wall of glass, where you can view all the ski mountains plus 8 other peaks-
The house is central to everything. Our home is an eight minute walk from Main Street shopping and dining, eight minute walk to the town park and public tennis courts, volleyball courts and sledding hill, a five minute walk to the town's indoor/outdoor ice skating rink and a four minute walk to the town ski shuttle, which stops at all major lifts.
This home is built on multiple levels with radiant-heated floors and has 5 bedrooms (1 very large) and 1 loft. 4 of the bedrooms are furnished with their own private bathroom. The very large bedroom has a multiple jetted steam shower. The top level master bedroom has a king size bed in a windowed alcove, has a reading and TV viewing area, and a jetted tub. The top level also includes a luxury kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook area (seating for 14) and a large private deck with a gas grill and hot tub. There are also 2 additional decks.
The 10 person hot tub on the deck is private and has the BEST views of the ski area.
On the mid level, there are 3 bedrooms, again all with views of the ski area with the very large bedroom with multiple beds and a loft 1 level below.
NOTE: We request a minimum stay of five nights during summer/ski season and five nights during Christmas/New Year's. Taxes are included. Fifty percent fee is due at time of reservation; remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival with additional refundable security deposit. Weekly rates include a discount.
All linens and towels are provided. A one-time additional cleaning fee of $350 applies to all rentals. Interim maid service is available and OPTIONAL at a cost of $150 per cleaning.
