Just off the beaten path and steps to public transportation, this sun drenched designer town home will make you feel like you never left home. Three bedrooms up one bath and located steps away from the Red line train station at Granville.

Walk to everything. Only minutes from downtown.

Located in one of Chicago's best neighborhoods, you will feel like part of the community in our lovely town home. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the Red line Granville stop and you are off to downtown in about 20 Minutes. Lake Michigan is 5-10 minute drive East where you can relax on the beach or pick up the Lake front trail and walk, bike or scoot along at your leisure. Downtown and the loop are only minutes away by car as well. Just hop on Lake shore drive and you can be in the loop in 15 minutes or less.

Edgewater is a bustling neighborhood with great bars, restaurants and energy.
Walk to Andersonville, the heart of the area in about 20 Minutes.
Also, train to Wrigley Field and the Southport Boutique area in 10-20 minutes make sure to take Greenview south to see all the beautiful homes in Graceland West.

There is one outdoor parking space that come with our townhome. Street parking is available as well.

It is a pleasure to walk around and take the neighborhood in all around you.
For those of you with young children, there are some great parks all around as well.

Major Grocery stores are a only a 3 minute walk.
