Home away from home, this Penthouse unit will make you feel at ease. Located on the top floor, this unit has second to none views of the ocean, beach front and sunsets. Whether you sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by, or just listening to the waves crashing on the beach, you will truly be at peace.
This amazing vacation begins when you pull up to Sterling Reef and realize how newer and beautiful the building is. Most of the parking is located under the condominium and some is located right outside. There is no need to worry about "walking across the street" to get to your car as there is plenty of parking available.
As you arrive to the Penthouse floor you will immediately be greeted by a wave of fresh air and views of the north side of Panama City. Walking into this newly decorated unit, you will notice the professional decorating and the new furniture. Cleaned after each guest, this home will be immaculate. Built with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there will be plenty of room to kick it back and relax. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean while just laying in bed. If you would like to be outdoors, step out on the over-sized balcony and see the world. If you are patient, you can see dolphins and schools of fish swimming by. Its amazing!
When it comes to cooking, no need to stress, there will be plenty of cooking utensils to prepare a great meal. Equipped with a dining table and bar around the sink, finding that perfect place to eat should be easy.
Of course it wouldn't be complete without the simple access to the beach. Just head back down the elevator, and head to the rear of the building. Walk out of the back door and you are immediately greeted by the white sands and beautiful ocean. Is this home away from home or is this just paradise?
