Our bright, sunny, centrally located Beaver Village 2 bed/2 bath, 850 sq. ft unit is ready for you! It is located just 5 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort on the free shuttle bus route. It is also an easy stroll into Winter Park for shopping & restaurants.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and can also be used as a lockout. Each bedroom has its own full bath. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, gas burning fireplace in the living room - no need to worry about getting wood! We have books, movies (DVD and VCR) and games for the family.
The clubhouse is just steps out the back door with an indoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, a sauna, men & women's locker rooms with showers and lockers. There is also a laundry downstairs.
Winter Park is famous for its hundreds of trails for mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and skiing/snowboarding.

Why the Owner Chose Beaver Village
We bought our condo at first because we needed a place to stay during our frequent visits to Winter Park. We chose our Beaver Village condo because it's so close to the ski area and Winter Park, and our unit is also closest to the clubhouse.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo is close to the ski area, downtown shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. The clubhouse is just feet away from the back porch, which has a pool, hot tubs, and sauna. It has a gas fireplace and all the cozy benefits of home.

My family lived in Fort Collins before we moved to Winter Park. For years, we spent every weekend in the winter driving up to ski, and finally decided to make the big move in 1999. My children got into competing in freestyle skiing, and it was our big dream to own a log cabin in the mountains. Our condo was a great place for us to stay in Winter Park, and we want to share that with people who are looking to enjoy everything Winter Park has to offer.
