This tranquil, private villa, situated right on the beach has gorgeous ocean views from both rooms. The unit can be divided for privacy into two separate areas by a locking door with seperate entrance if so desired; ideal for two couples or for a family with kids. One room is a large bedroom suite, with a king size bed and full bathroom. The other is a studio that has also a king size bed and a sleeper couch as well as a full kitchen and bath. A generous shaded balcony invites you for your meals or a drink.
Snorkeling & Scuba Diving:
The beach right in front of our unit invites you to snorkel along the Great Mayan Barrier Reef which is the 2nd largest reef in the world with lobsters, turtles, groupers, barracuda, dolphin, sting rays and many colorful Caribbean sea life.
Cenote cavern diving in crystalline fresh water is just a short drive away.
All local dive shops offer scuba diving and snorkeling packages.
Fishing:
Charters are available at the world class El Cid Marina just down the beach or you can go into town and book a trip with the locals and enjoy Billfishing and light tackle fishing.
For your security a safe is provided, for your convenience we also supply a cell phone for your use.
There is a mid-week maid service included, access to a concierge service and security personal on the premise.
Puerto Morelos is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, 30 minutes from the city of Cancun and 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Within walking distance to the village, you can find many authentic Mexican restaurants, a variety of other excellent cuisines, as well as a fresh food market, a daily fresh seafood market and a grocery store.
Enjoy all the activities and sight seeing the Cancun area, the Mayan Riviera and the Great Mayan Reef have to offer.

I spent 5 days here with two girlfriends. This is a spotless villa that feels like you are on your own private beach. If we weren't in the village eating at all the fantastic restaurants we were in or at the pool or just chilling on the covered deck. This villa is close enough to the village to walk or take a taxi or the local bus but far enough away that the feel is very remote. We loved that about it.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We had an awesome time in Puerto Morales. What a charming town! Everyone was so helpful. Great views from the condo. wonderful pool. Good snorkeling.

What a view!!! Great location...very quiet. Enjoyed coffee every morning watching the sun come up over the Palm trees. Comfortable King size bed...left Karls place very rested. Karl was also very helpfull with local info. Peurto Morelos is a great litle village with very good restaurants and great food!!!
