My family and I returned to Hacienda de Mita for a second year in a row and rented this PH unit. Last year we stayed in one of the Beach Front buildings for almost double the price and was told that we would be sadly disappointed if we did not stay Beach Front again. I couldn't disagree more. We had amazing views, the place was decorated very similar, but actually nicer and the housekeeper was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I think I came home with an entire suitcase full of clean clothes. I wish I could have taken her with me. This year we brought a new family with us and all they could say was "Wow" for an entire week. They said I completely understated how beautiful everything was in Punta Mita and of course this Condo. The people in town are just so nice and I couldn't have felt any more safe and welcome. I have only returned to a vacation spot a couple of times in my life and I can assure you Punta Mita will continue to be a yearly destination for us.

Two years later we had the honor of staying again in this unit. It is gorgeous, safe and warm! The concierge staff, security staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, beach club staff...they are all great! The unit itself is stocked with absolutely everything and it's huge. As a matter of fact, it has more than our regular home. We didn't want to leave!

My stay in Punta Mita was a dream come true! I loved everything about being there...the penthouse was gorgeous, spacious and had everything we needed and more, the views from the balcony were breath taking, the staff was very professional and took wonderful care of us, the village of Punta Mita is quaint, yet lovely and serene. I highly recommend this sleepy, little get-away for some pampered rest and relaxation.

This is the best home we've ever rented for a beach vacation. We discovered Punta Mita several years ago staying at the Four Seasons and have tried a few private homes in Punta Mita since then but this penthouse is our favorite. It has the best views, best furnishings, best location, best staff, totally private, totally relaxing, every detail is covered. The concierge team is super capable and helped us with all reservations and activities, our kids loved the personalized chocolates and I enjoyed the homemade guacamole with chips and bottle of tequila the concierge team set up in the kitchen for us upon our arrival. I played golf on the Four Seasons course two days, my wife played tennis every day, the kids swam and surfed in front of the penthouse all the time and we loved the residents' beach clubs and new St Regis too. It was a magical vacation.

This condo is penthouse heaven, every detail was immaculate and every need anticipated. Incredible furnishings, resort feeling and gorgeous but still comfy and functional. The kids loved the balcony, and the Wii games in their bedroom, my husband loved the golf and I loved tennis -- we all loved swimming in the ocean and at the resident's beach clubs. We hired a private chef through the penthouse concierge and he cooked one of the best meals of our lives for us as we dined watching the ocean waves. We also enjoyed the great Four Seasons and St. Regis restaurants. The concierges helped with all details, massages on the beach, boat trip to the islands, day trip to Sayulita. Perfect vacation in every way. We can't wait to return to this perfect penthouse every year - is going to be our new family vacation tradition.

Our family stayed in this gorgeous penthouse for a week. It was one of our best trips ever. The accommodations are top quality and comfort. It seemed to have everything. The living room sliding glass doors open completely to create an indoor - outdoor living area that is spacious and beautiful, with a view to die for! The pools, the beach, the view, the staff, the food, the kitchen, the bedrooms, it was all terrific! We have already sent the link to this magnificent home to everyone we know.

We just returned from Punta Mita and loved it!! The penthouse was so beautiful and we enjoyed it so much. I travel a great deal and have stayed at some wonderful places, but the attention to detail at this penthouse was second to none. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed was at our finger tips. We hope to visit again soon.

I took 6 family members to this property over Christmas 2008. I strongly recommend it. The location is great--beautiful beach, several pools, easy drive from the airport. The unit is large, extremely well decorated, and very well organized for the renter. You are walking distance to the new Four Seasons tennis center. The beach club is comfortable and a short walk (60 seconds). There's another beach club nearby which has a good restaurant. The concierges can do shopping for you and make dinner reservations. The daily housekeeping eliminates any chores for you. The nearby town is walking distance and has some nice beachside restaurants. The owner, Taro Gold, was completely reliable on every detail.

My husband and I had the good fortune to stay in this magical place in November, 2008. From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous penthouse to the moment we left, we felt like the luckiest people in the world. The staff was incredibly friendly, the amenities luxurious, and the view... oh my, the view! "Breathtaking" doesn't even begin to cover it. Every morning we were treated to the most amazing sunrise over the ocean - right from the master bedroom. You can do as much (or in our case, as little) as you'd like. Spa treatments, snorkeling, and sailing are all readily available, and can be arranged by the concierge. (I enjoyed a massage on the veranda overlooking the ocean - heaven!). Don't forget to check out the array of world-class restaurants in the vicinity, and the private beach is wonderful for sipping margaritas, watching whales, and relaxing. This Punta Mita penthouse is perfect for several couples or families who want a luxurious retreat in a tropical setting. My husband and I had an amazing time, and hope to be back soon.

My husband and our two children (infant son and 12 year old daughter) stayed at this spectacular place in Punta Mita - it was beyond wonderful. This penthouse is an oasis. As you walk in and look off the wide patio and into the ocean you feel as if you are walking into a beautiful postcard. I've never had the pleasure to stay in such a magical place before! The people were very friendly and the staff are the best, treating us like royalty every day. The warm ocean water was healing to the soul. The kids loved playing in the sand on the beach every day and swimming in the pools overlooking the blue ocean. The vacation of a lifetime! I have too many good things to say about this penthouse experience, I could go on forever. Can't wait to go back again soon.

My family and I loved staying at this incredible penthouse in this incredible place. Punta Mita surfing was excellent and the golf at Four Seasons can't be beat - kids loved the Wii games in the 3rd bedroom and water toys to play in the pools and beach. There are free kayaks to take out in the ocean too which was great fun. We also enjoyed fantastic spa services in our rooms and also on the beach by the waves. One night we hired a private chef to cook for us, all arranged by the penthouse concierge, and we also enjoyed the restaurants at the Four Seasons resort. This penthouse is the most relaxing and beautiful oasis we have ever discovered and we can't wait to go back again and again.
