Beauty at the Beach is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath house just 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Florida's Emerald Coast. The house is adjacent to the Grayton Dunes State preserve with unobstructed views of the dunes, the gulf and a large coastal lake.
The main floor has a great room with a fireplace and entertainment center. A sunroom provides gorgeous views in all seasons. A newly expanded, fully equipped kitchen and dining area will handle all your culinary needs. Step outside onto the large screened porch where overhead fans and ample shade make outdoor dining a pleasure. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin beds and a full bath complete this level.
Upstairs is the master suite with a private deck overlooking the gulf and dunes.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a family gathering area and entertainment center and a mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
The house comfortably sleeps 12-14 people with three kings, 2 full, 2 twin beds and 2 queen sleep sofas.
Outside is your private 15x30 swimming pool with whirlpool spa. The pool can be heated off season for an additional fee. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a gas grill for your convenience. Off street parking is provided for 4 cars.
The secluded Gulf Trace community is located a quarter mile west of Grayton Beach. If you are tired of high rise condominiums, traffic and crowds, you need to experience the relaxed atmosphere of Beauty at the Beach. Nestled among single family homes, paved bike paths and jogging trails, in a community of wonderful shops, galleries and fresh seafood restaurants, this is what a vacation is supposed to be.
