This tastefully decorated first floor, end unit, golf villa condominium resort is perfectly located to all the amenities Bear Trap Dunes has to offer. This resort is the perfect setting for families of all ages, and golfers. Bear Trap provides shuttle service from morning till evening, just outside our front door for those trips to Bethany Beach. The community of Bear Trap offers 2 outdoor pools with life guards, baby pool, a Pavilion with a life guarded, heated indoor pool, exercise facility, saunas, hot tub, five clay tennis courts and basketball courts. Enjoy 27 holes of championship golf, Pro shop, driving range, “Bistro” golf club restaurant and bar, open to the public for casual dining (lunch or dinner) Visit the “Cub Den” for snacks and sandwiches for those times lounging by the pool. For the little ones, tot-lots, play grounds, organized games, and tennis lessons. Seasonal scheduled times, enjoy plays, or musical entertainment in the ampi-theater located just in front of the clubhouse.
Bear Trap Dunes is minutes away from the “Quiet Resort” of Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, tax-free outlet centers, Lewes-Cape May ferry, water sports, fishing beaches, nature areas, state parks, and just 7 miles from Ocean City, Maryland.
Our Villa has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, private full bath with separate bath and shower, 2 sink counter, walk in closet, 27 inch screen TV, with cable and an outside patio. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, TV with cable and double closet. The third bedroom also has two single beds and shares the second full bath.
Our lovely open living area provides a gas fireplace for those cold months, 27 inch TV with cable, DVD, CD and stereo. The dining area seats 4 comfortably, with room for 6. A sliding door that leads to an open deck with seating and lounge chair that over look views of the golf course. Also, an enclosed porch for eating, grilling on an electric grill, or just relaxing on the wicker furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and also provides a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area.
We have ample parking, first floor-no steps accessibility. Shuttle service just outside the front door, walking distance to pools, pavilion, golf course, and clubhouse. Ocean View, Delaware is 3 hours from Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and New York.
