The quintessential lakefront home! From the moment you walk in, you will be delighted with the breathtaking lake views, the lovely décor and beautiful knotty pine woodwork. Over 100 foot of lakefront with mature trees afford a wonderful sense of privacy.
The lovely, decorative stone fireplace brings forth a feeling of nostalgia from days gone by and can be viewed from both the great room and the family room. A delightfully appointed great room overlooking the lake consists of a comfortable sectional, dining table seating six, and a charming country kitchen with bar seating for two.
Across from the great room is a nice sized den with TV/DVD for your entertainment and access to a large second level lakeside deck. A powder room is located just off the rear entry, across from the stairs to the lower level.
Each bedroom on the second floor has a beautiful lake view and its own air conditioning unit. The bright and cheerful full bathroom off the hallway features his and her sinks and a double sized shower for your comfort.
A small multi-purpose room off the king bedroom has a LCD flat screen TV with DVD player, as well as a double futon that can be utilized for extra sleeping space. From the lower level sitting room (with TV/DVD player), you can walk right out to the lakefront.
A spacious deck over the water allows for great sun bathing or lakeside lounging. The large dock is great for fishing and you can take the rowboat or kayaks out for a paddle around the lake. One thing is for certain - spending your vacation at this exceptional cottage will give you wonderful memories for years to come!

Plenty of shopping including Wal-Mart, Lowes, the fabulous Wegman's Grocery store, and many casual and fine restaurants. Visit the famous Finger Lake wineries and taste a variety of NY wines and NY foods from the newly opened New York Wine & Culinary Center.
Or head south to Naples. If you prefer an afternoon of shopping, find fantastic bargains at the Waterloo premium Outlet Center or shop the renowned Eastview mall, where you will find many high end stores and restaurants.
