Second floor condo located directly on 17th Street Beach in Ship Bottom. Our property has stunning views from every room in the house. Wonderful wrap-around porch overlooking the ocean to enjoy all day long.
Comfortable living area looking out onto the ocean with two sofas (one queen sleeper), and plenty of room to entertain and relax.
Lovely kitchen with breakfast counter and dining room table area.
Master bedroom has a full bed and sliding glass doors to the wraparound porch overlooking the ocean.
Second bedroom has another full bed, and the third bedroom contains (2) twin beds.

Great location, old house

Our family stayed at this condo for a week in August. While the location is excellent, this is the second floor of a private house. The master bedroom was of average size, the other two bedrooms were no larger than a walk-in closet The advertised "air conditioning" consisted of a wall unit in the dining room. No cool air reached the bedrooms in spite of an elaborate fan-system set up by us. The carpeting was old and worn, and did not feel especially clean. On the third day of our rental, four construction trucks showed up to renovate the first floor of the house. We were not told of this in advance, or we surely would not have rented at this time. I asked for some type of monetary refund for the inconvenience, it has not happened. This "condo" is in a great location, but in need of some renovations before I would recommend it to anyone.
