Lower: The 800 square foot master suite is a getaway in itself with a king-sized bed, sitting area with a gas fireplace and a sofa, separate bath area with a double vanity, walk-in closet, enclosed toilet and bidet, a stall shower, jetted tub, dry sauna, and private deck. Two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a shared full bath complete the lower level.
Loft: Accessed by a spiral staircase from the main level, the loft finished in natural wood has 2 queen beds, a full-sized futon and a twin bed

Convenient Access to the Ski Slope:
Due to all the amazing powder that Alta and Snowbird ski resorts offer during winter, the Salt Lake County Sheriff closes Little Cottonwood Canyon for avalanche control work when necessary in the morning just prior to the resorts opening (see map for closure locations). The closure takes place 1 mile west of the rental condominium. The proximity of the condo provides the ability to be ahead of all the traffic that is waiting at the road block when the canyon opens for uphill traffic. You can expect to be up the hill and on the slopes much faster than the majority of the skiers commuting from other areas of the city.

Loved the condo! Very accessible to all ski areas, and close to town. Condo was HUGE!...could probably sleep 15+ people comfortable...Josh was very helpful with delivering SuperPasses and answering any last minute questions. Would stay here again! ...

Our week in this condo was terrific -- the place is clean, BIG, nice and FUN (pool table, direct TV and surround sound for our ipods.) The loft is great for an entire family - with the 3 other bedrooms working for another family as well. We have 5 days of skiing and riding just 15 minutes away and access to groceries, and SLC just another 5-15 minutes away as well. But if that weren't enough -- there are lots of trail heads to explore in the other seasons. We definitely want to go back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alta Bird Condos. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The condo was clean and affordable. The location was perfect for us; close to skiing and town. Kitchen appliances were great...we did a fair amount of cooking while we were there. I'd definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!

We stayed at the condo for an extended family vacation. We absolutely loved our time here. There is so much to do nearby for the entire family. Our teenagers enjoyed being so close to Snowbird, and the pool table in the condo. Our little ones enjoyed being close to the Living Planet Aquarium, and the giant loft for sleepovers with cousins. And my husband and I enjoyed the many restaurants, shops, and theaters that the city has to offer. The condo was beautiful and the views amazing! A perfect place for vacation, family reunions, or just a weekend getaway! So happy we found it.

We really enjoyed staying here! My kids especially loved the pool table and big bathtub/whirlpool in the master bedroom! The owner was a pleasure to work with. I would love to stay here again the next time we are in Utah!

This house was really a great find! The description and pics were accurate. It is comfortable, spacious, and has terrific features. The beds are super comfortable with great quality linens. The gas fireplaces are clean and cozy. The Huge TV with surround sound was really a treat. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The house was clean when we arrived except for the microwave oven. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends..
