The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, large closet and bath. The guest room has a queen bed and it's own closet and bath. Going up the spiral staircase brings you to the loft area that overlooks the downstairs living room. Two new queen beds are in this large room with a computer desk and a TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a new flat screen TV. The unit also has all new appliances, ceramic floor tile, and granite countertops. The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.
There is world-class fishing in the area. Kids and adults alike can catch flounder and speckled trout right off the pier. Gulf access is a short 3 minute boat ride. Excellent charter services are available for 1/2 day, full day or more for fishing excursions if you opt to hire a charter boat rather than venture out on your own. Bring your boat or jet ski and ride the bay, cruise down to Pensacola, check out the canals viewing all the beautiful homes or just ease out to one of the many deserted islands and hang out for the day.
The Wharf is located a couple of miles down the road with a marina, gulfarium, movie theaters, quaint shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, a Ferris wheel, a variety of restaurants, and an amphitheatre featuring many top name artists. A designer outlet mall is a convenient 10 minute ride up Hwy 59 in the town of Foley.
This is a boaters paradise, complete with a large pier area, equipped with a sink and fish cleaning station, along with a boat launch and dock. Boat slips are available, and this location gives you easy access to the bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
