This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located at the base of Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory). You can ski in and ski out from the back door. Located In the Eolus Condo building it is right in front of Lift #4 and the Beach. The High speed 6 pack is only steps away and we are right above the community pool which is open in the summer months.
The condo is fully stocked with linens, towels, all cooking utensils, basic cooking ingredients and spices, washer, dryer and laundry soap, towels for the private Hot tub, High speed internet, Cable TV, DVD player and stereo. Wood burning fireplace with plenty of free fire wood provided. Off the front deck is a mud room with ski rack and ski equipment storage.
Located at the West end of the Eolus condo building there is a private deck which gives full views up the ski runs. On this deck is the Hot tub, gas BBQ and coffee table for morning private time. The deck is very private with awesome views.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, Dresser, Walk in shower with separate toilet room. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with sleeping for 4, Dresser, Walk in shower with separate vanity room. Full size washer and dryer with laundry soap.
Parking is 1 assigned space in a covered garage on the first floor.
