Art House is a colorful cottage filled with original art and comfy furnishings. Just a block from Riverside Park and the Arkansas River and three blocks from Historic Downtown Salida, you can walk to restaurants, galleries and shops.
Art House is an 1882 brick bungalow with a fenced back yard and spectacular mountain views from the back porch. Sip your coffee in the morning sun on the front porch and prepare your meals in the cozy, fully stocked kitchen.
Art House is perfect for a single visitor or a couple although there is room for 2 more. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and the living room sofa converts to a double.
Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). Published seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. Actual availability is subject to owner use. The $19 booking fee applies towards the cleaning cost and will be waived if the short stay fee of $45 is applied. Three night minimum in summer and holidays; two nights may be approved at other times with $45 cleaning fee. Two night reservations may be taken at "last minute" during high season and holidays.
Payment by check is preferred. Visa or Master Card may be accepted with a 2.29% fee. Last minute reservations generally require credit card payment unless other arrangements are made. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
