This house was great! The furnishings were top notch, lots of room and a great back yard. We had a welcome book with lots of information to help us with anything we needed to know about the house and the area. The master bedroom was awsome with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The owners were quick with information and extremely helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone, the price is right and the location was close to everything. I am not sure I could suggest any changes to the house or the service we received - great job to the homeowners!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a week in Vancouver at this rental home. It was very well maintained and had everything availble to us to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see or do. The owners were very helpful and gave us alot of great information about Vancouver, places to eat and shop as well. We would definitely consider staying here again! The neighborhood was wonderful!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation in Vancouver and your home added so much to our visit. There are so many qualities to note: feel in the home - comfortable, loved, home; decor that felt balanced, graceful, peaceful; orderly, immaculate upkeep; safe and delightful location; wonderful neighborhood to walk and explore; nearby street with little shops, restaurants, (even a Starbucks for my coffee fix), fun, well kept up home with colorful flowers; transportation easy - quick drive or bus to Yaletown, Granville Island, Stanley Park; marvelously stocked home - anything one could wish - and even a piano; clear, well communicated instructions and contract; very responsive interaction in regard to all the logistics; everything the way we were told it would be; and also the size and room layout just perfect for our family (the old folks - us - and two grown daughters and their husbands.); a porch to sit on in the evening; in sum, couldn't ask for anything more. Wonderful Rental

This house was in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. It was close to a grocery store (Stongs). The kitchen was well equipped and the large dinning room table was more than adequate. We especially enjoyed the play house in the back yard and the toys. It was easy to drive to downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park. We appreciated the fact that we didn't have to do a lot of clean up before leaving the house. I highly recommend this house as a vacation rental.

House very clean and well-equipped. Kid-friendly. Conveniently located. Plenty of info provided. Would recommend it to friends. The only improvements I might suggest is mattresses were a bit soft, and one more small electric fan would be nice for hot nights, so all bedrooms would have one. Altogether a very good place to stay.

We just spent a little over a week in Vancouver with our family of 6 and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying in the beautiful house which was ideally located to all the places and sites we wanted to visit, exactly as in the owner's description. The layout of the home allowed for lots of communal activity and separate quiet spaces for reading or working. We especially loved the neighborhood which was full of parks/playgrounds for our children and close to neighborhood shops and restaurants. We have rented many apartments and homes in the US and Europe and this home surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this home as a great base to see the Vancouver area.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We were very comfortable and happy in this lovely family home. We loved being able to walk to nearby parks, shops and cafes. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

A nice big house that held 8 of us comfortably. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking and storing leftovers. All of us thought the heated bathroom floors were a bonus. The location was also excellent, close to trails in the woods and a major bus line nearby. The only time we drove was for grocery shopping, the rest was using public transportation. Communication with the owner was smooth and prompt, we rented at the last minute and he was very understanding and helped us out. A pleasant vacation experience, I definitely recommend this one.

My son Jonathan arranged for us to rent your beautiful house whilst we were visiting him in Vancouver at the end of August. I just wanted to say how much we appreciated being able to use your wonderful home for the week and to say that out of the many homes we have rented we have never had one that was so well equipped. What a wonderful home away from home! This property is everything it promises to be. Located in a mature quiet neighbourhood with safe parking and all the amenities you could possible need, it is a very comfortable place to relax after a day’s visiting around Vancouver. I wanted you to know that my family had a fantastic experience renting your wonderful home. Your house was lovely and clean, and had all of the comforts of home. Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home for the week--it was beautiful. The location was fantastic and although the weather didn't really hold out, we didn't mind staying indoors on those rainy days.
