Built in 2002, and professionally decorated and furnished in 2005, this home offers three levels of relaxed lake living. The main level has an open kitchen, dining room, and living room featuring panoramic lake views, a two-story stone fireplace, 16’ vaulted ceilings, and a 42” plasma television complete with Bose® surround sound system. When you step through either set of French doors, you will find yourself on the upper deck, highlighted by a covered and screened-in sleeping porch. Additionally on the main level, there is a king bedroom, a “cozy” queen bedroom, and a full bath. Upstairs you will find two king bedrooms, a full bath, and a “quirky” LITTLE observatory with a BIG-time view. The lower level has a family room offering a 50” big screen television with surround sound, a 27” television connected to your choice of several video gaming systems, two pull-out sleeper sofas, and a nook with twin bunk beds. You will also find a small kitchen, a washer/dryer closet, a full bath, as well as a lake-view king bedroom and a lake-view queen bedroom with access to the lower level deck. This wonderful home is conveniently located just outside of Reed’s Spring – 24 minutes from the entrance of Silver Dollar City, 31 minutes from the west end of the world famous Branson “strip” (76 Country Music Boulevard), and 37 minutes from historic downtown Branson and the newly constructed Branson Landing… but only a 17.4 SECOND walk to TABLE ROCK LAKE !!!
