This condo offers a dramatic escape from cruel New England winter weather... or any other place that is not accommodating to your shorts and sandals desires. This bright and open space is the perfect setting to spend your winter. Each room is tastefully decorated and has cathedral ceilings; very fitting for the warm Florida days. The Mediterranean color palette, and fresh furniture and design will easily make you forget the freezing temperatures of home.
All furniture is brand new... from the Italian made dining room set, to the sofas and beds, the space is immaculate. The open floor plan and high ceilings allow for comfortable inside temperatures. Whether its the breeze, AC, or ceiling fans (one in each room), being indoors offers the same summer haven as outdoors.
The master bedroom, decorated with a Tommy Bahama bedroom set contains its own door to the lanai, two closets (one is walk-in), and an attached master bath. In the spacious and fully tiled bathroom, enjoy two sinks, and a walk-in shower with bench seat.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a large closet.
Beneath this second floor space is the garage. In the garage, you'll find several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pool floats, tennis balls and rackets, and a charcoal grill, all for you to use.

There are only positive things to be said about this lovely condo. It is large, beautifully furnished, perfectly maintained, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. If anything, it is nicer than the photos show. The kitchen is well-equipped, and it is a real plus to have a garage. The screened lanai overlooks a pretty lake, and the pool is just a half-block away. I-75 is only a couple of minutes away, which makes it easy to get around the area. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Naples area.

I love returning to this lovely condo every year. It is meticulously maintained with a full eat-in kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleep sofa, TV room, plenty of closet space, and a lovely screened in lanai overlooking a small lake. It is such a pleasure to sit on the lanai and watch the wildlife on and around the lake while reading the newspaper and eating meals. The attached garage is a definite plus. The subdivision has two pools and an exercise room. It is a great location for a daily walk. Residents are friendly. The unit is convenient to I75, the beach, shopping, and any place I want to go. The rates are very reasonable. A quiet, comfortable home away from home!
