Can you feel the tropical breeze! The minute you arrive at the Shores of Panama, you will be surrounded by pristine beaches and brand new luxurious accommodations. There are just a few units in the complex like this one! This is the condo every family is searching for, with spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise on our sunny wrap around balcony right off the family room. You get a great view of the lagoon pool and you are right on the beach overlooking the gulf of mexico. Only 3% percent of the condos at the resort are in this stack, and even less are available for rent.
When you walk into our family "beach home", the first thing you notice is the fabulous beach view that surrounds you! The family room has two huge walls of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors at 90 degree angles that open up onto the breathtaking balcony, where all you see is nothing but beach for miles around, oh, and Pineapple Willy’s, of course! If you want to get up early enough, you can see the sun rise up from the ocean on the east, or watch the even more spectacular sunset. Either way, you will have a clear view from the L shaped 201 square foot balcony, which always has sun shining down on one end and shade on the other. You will not get this view from any other stack in the building!!
Our condo has 2 bedrooms, and a bunk room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top Serta Mattress, full bath, and an ocean view with a glass door that opens out on to the balcony. The Second Bedroom has a king size bed as well, with a serta pillow top mattress, and a full bath. The bunk room has a door for privacy, quality Serta Mattresses and a connecting half bath. Our gourmet kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, an upgraded refrigerator with ice maker, and comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a full meal or just a snack. There is a coffee maker as well for you to take your morning cup of cofee out on the balcony. The kitchen overlooks the family room, the best place in the condo. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo for our guests just off the second bathroom, equipped with a door for minimal noise. NEW!!! We now provide wireless internet in the condo!
The unit has been professionally decorated with Riverside furnishings and designer fabrics that give the condo a tropical “Key West” open airy feel. The flooring is upgraded throughout the condo with ceramic tile flooring, the only carpet in this unit is area rugs. The unit has a total of 1131 square feet of paradise living space. A reserved parking space is also included for our guests while at the resort. This Unit provides spectacular views, with luxury accommodations. Once you get here, you will not want to leave!

We stayed for a week; we arrived and I had to clean splattered spots on doors and floors were gummy and dirty; rugs in kitchen and bath were matted and brown, like they had not been washed all summer. Owner lists door off of master; lock is broken. When I inquired, she said they "are in the process of getting that repaired" so no door off patio. No wireless internet. It kept popping on screen, but wireless key she gave me doesn't work. Dryer DOES NOT work. Told her several times, she never even responded. Takes 3 HOURS to dry one load; VERY INCONVENIENT!! Bedspread to bunk; I pulled it back for my son to sleep, and a big red blood stain. Pillowtop mattresses?? NOT! They are standard. Thick fluffy dust behind beds; not enough pillowcases; ones they did have, had yellow stains on them. Pots had dried food on them; teflon skillets/pots scratched so bad, the rust bleeding through; master shower wouldn't drain properly--you shower in ankle deep of your own dirty water; cordless battery completely DEAD, so you have no cordless phone; ALL OF THIS I BROUGHT TO ATTENTION OF OWNER, TO WHICH SHE NEVER EVEN RESPONDED, not even with an acknowledgement or an apology! Buyer beware: pick another condo on the property and get A LOT more for your money!!

This is the second winter that we are renting this unit. Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen,great location...looking forward to spending next winter in this condo. Thank you Stina F&B from Canada

just got back today,it was GREAT,thank you very much.the condo was wonderfull,my whole family had a great time,and was very happy as well with the room the view was amazing. again thank you so much it was all as expected we plan on coming back next year if possible with the oil and all.........thanks

Well, I just arrived home this evening after a great IronMan experience in Panama City Beach. Your place was fantastic, the view from the balcony was amazing. Unfortunely the day after the race, the winds picked up, and by this morning the tropical storm had set in. Spent most of yesterday in doors. Thanks again, and I would definitely go back and will recommend your unit to friends in the future, the unit was great! Take care

We just returned from our vacation in your condo at Shores of Panama. It was a wonderful trip and the condo and pool were great.
