Stayed at this apt for 3 nights August, 2011. Great comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and kitchen amazing appliances including tv's. Completely comfortable recommending this apartment. There are bikes available but, too long of a bike ride for my lazy butt. However, if you are a bike rider it probably is a 10 min bike ride to beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

The place is excellent ! We are very happy , everything is close by . Most of all every thing is provided . Definitely we are coming back .

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights. It was just perfect - well-equipped and beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. It was just a few minutes' bike ride to the beach. Thanks, Steven and Lisa!

I am from Southern California and I love coming back to visit, My wife and I visited for a whole week for our anniversary. This is the second vacation home I rented and it was SOOOOO much better than the first. The owner even went the extra mile to help us find some beach toys while we visited. The apartment was well kept and very comfortable to hang around in. There's plenty of seating and windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. It's also just far enough away from the hype of main street that you never have to worry about parking (major plus) the bicycles were great for heading to the beach or a speedy trip to main street. It was a short walk we made it a few times a day on a couple occasions. The owners have provided just about everything anyone would need to enjoy a stay at the beach, bikes, boogie boards, ice chest, umbrella (i'm probably forgetting something). The house has a HUGE TV and surround sound if you just want to relax and watch a movie. OH and the double headed shower, awesome! (I'm remodeling my bathroom to include one because it was SWEEET!!) We had a blast and I would totally stay here again. The owners met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us a little tour. They were quick to respond to emails before our arrival and while we were there. Southern california has everything but I went for the beach and to relax with my wife, but the freeway isn't far, we visited La Jolla and Laguna Beaches, Santa Monica, Long Beach, New Port Beach Everything is just a short drive. The Pictures give a pretty good idea of what the place looks like but you can't feel it's awesomeness until you're actually there, it's very roomy lots of closet space for clothes etc. The owners do an excellent job providing a perfectly priced vacation home to travelers. I hope next time I can stay for 2 weeks!

My husband and I stayed at the Sea Shell from a Sunday to a Friday and had a BLAST!!! When arriving to the rental it was so spacious and clean and up to date...a beautiful apartment! The first night we took a walk down to main st. which took us about 10 minutes, and my goodness that is a strip of FUN, FUN, FUN! The restaurants, shops, bars and pubs are plenty...we found ourselves back and forth many a times a day. It always felt so great to some back to a home/apartment instead of a hotel. The kitchen was nice to have when you come home from a long day at the beach and want to sit back, relax and cook a home cooked meal. When most of the time we ate at many of the different restaurants on main st. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable along with the living room and its nice sized tv....(my husband loved that) especially to have while on vacation. We had no problems except for the renters in the front and noise, otherwise.....great place to stay! Thanks Steven and Lisa, we had a wonderful time!!!

We usually stay in hotels on vacation and this property has so much more to offer-an awesome kitchen, great location, bikes, excellent hosts that genuinely care about your comfort level and much more. We highly recommend this property if your traveling to Huntington.
