  I am 1 of 7 children whom are all grown and have children of their own we wanted to have a family vacation but could not find anyone who would be willing to accommodate 32 people. That's until we found this home and 2 others in the same neighborhood. This home is exactly everything you see and s much more. The kids loved the golf cart and we the adults like being away from the over populated beach front rd. The only thing that can be said on a negative is the bathroom toilet takes about 20 minutes to fill before it can be flushed again..Thank You John for having this as a rental home and for being so helpful with my planning.

  the house was clean and easy to keep clean, near to everything we wanted to see, plenty of room, oulwell stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, woluld love to stay here again , the price was very resonable to thanks for opening this place for rent, i would highly reccomend it to friends and family

  I planned this vacation for my family from start to finish finding the property on Home Away. The trip started out horribly as our flight was canceled after having been at the airport for 12 hours! We could not get another flight out so we rented a van and took a road trip (from Baltimore to Florida), as not to miss out on days scheduled off. I contacted John on our way there to let him know and he offered to bring pizza to the house for the kids! I instantly knew at that moment that all was well. From the time we arrived at the house I felt a sense of calm. The house was all that was stated and more. Pictures do not do the property justice. There were seven of us with more than enough room to move about. I felt secure in the gated community and the pools were used by all. Every morning I would go for a walk through the community and everyone that I passed said a morning Hello. My children especially liked the golf cart to take to the beach. Everything that we needed was nearby. We played miniature golf, spent a day at Shell Island, and of course most days we went to the beach. Plenty of nearby eateries whether you preferred fast food or restaurant style. Some days we cooked in, with everything needed in the well stocked kitchen. John was readily available by phone the entire time we were there. I can honestly say that I have never booked a home online before and hoped that it would workout. After this experience I can say that I am very glad that I did and am thankful that I had such a positive experience with Home Away and John. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends and relatives. The entire family agrees that this has been one of the best vacations to date. I have already contacted John about next year and am hoping to be able to stay again. John, Thank you again for such a memorable vacation.

  We had a wonderful time Mr. John has everthing you can think of. We love the house everthing about it, the pictures dont tell the whole story. If you have kids the is the place!!!!!!

  We stayed here a weekend in October - an early graduation present! John was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. The home was beautiful, felt just like a home away from home! Plan on going back to PCB in the future and will definitely try to return to this place if at all possible! Amazing location, close to everything! Loved it!!! Thanks John!!!

  We thoughly enjoyed this vacation home. To us, it was better than the picures show. The house was fresh, very clean, and more than comfortable for 2-3 couples. Four couples if you're friendly. Plenty of towels, linens, W/D, BBQ, golf cart, Wifi, cable TV, and all the necessities. Even some books to read and movies to watch. We brought some of our own too. The neighbors are friendly and relatively quiet.. Both national & local restaurants, attractions, groceries and shopping are just a few minutes drive away. We found all the attractions and restaurants we went to very enjoyable. Loved the Sea Breeze Winery. Get the Magnolia wine. Woohoo! Ripley's Museum is always fun, and Sharky's Restaurant on the beach has great seafood. Shawn was a superb waiter. TGI Fridays always has good food at a reasonable price. They're just a few blocks away. Don't miss Pier Park. We went to Tootsie's for lunch and listened to live music. Excellent! Lot's of wonderful shops to browse in, Ron Jon's, As Seen on TV and Crocs were a few of our favorites.. All the locals are tyically very friendly Floridians with a gift to gab. The beach looked fabulous, but since it rained the whole time we were there (just the luck of the draw), we never got a chance to soak up the rays. No worries, there is plenty to see and do; Zooland, boating, fishing, and so much more. Rain or shine there is plenty to do. Something for everyone. We even found a discount book store. All in all we consider this home the best bang for our buck and would definitely stay here again. Thank you John for the great customer service and for making our stay so comfortable.   I can't imagine it getting much better than this. The house is furnished with almost everything you should need, there's a volley ball area, two pools to enjoy, and everything is just minutes away . . . even the beach. The owner offers great communication and he even helped me find some activities for the family to enjoy. We watched fireworks on the beach at both piers the same night . . . . definitely a vacation to remember. We just made it home and talking about next year's vacation - same place but 2 weeks instead of 1 week. Thank you John (owner) for the rental and the outstanding customer service.

  My family and I have stayed in different areas of Florida for the last 6 summers including Orlando, Clearwater, Destin, Miramar Beach, Seaside. We really enjoyed Panama City perhaps the best, there was soooo much to do. We were pleased with this property for its value. It was located really close to everything in Panama City Beach. Ripleys and Ship Wreck Island are right around the corner. The Golf Cart is a must for beach go-ers with small children.
