We have two brand new (2008) state-of-the-art fishing homes in Islamorada. Both homes are brand new and feature gourmet kitchens complete with a bar area, top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and travertine floors. All bathrooms have travertine floors and walls, with Kohler fixtures, granite tops, custom cabinets and seamless glass shower enclosures. Both homes offer a unique split floor plan with two master suites perfect for multiple families. All of the furniture is brand new!
Our first home has instant ocean access with a protected boat basin. This two-story ocean side canal home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and features a huge sundeck with ocean views and endless breezes. The home also features a 32 foot cut-in boat basin, and an additional 60 feet of dockage on the canal. The dock area has running water, a gas grill and seating section.
Our second home is 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This bayside estate home has sunset views, 60 ft dock, boat ramp and large back deck. The first floor has two bedrooms and baths, with a huge living/ family room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a dining area, kitchen, bar area and living room.
Located in Lower Matecumbe, the real part of the Keys, both homes are within just a few miles of several marinas, gas stations, Wide World Sports and bait, tackle and dive shops. Also close by are incredible restaurants, like Morada Bay, Pierres, Green Turtle, Bentleys, Lazy Days and Uncles.
