We have two brand new state-of-the-art large homes in Islamorada. Both homes feature gourmet kitchens complete with a bar area, top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and marble floors. All bathrooms have marble floors and walls, with Kohler fixtures, granite tops, custom cabinets and glass shower enclosures. Both homes offer a unique split floor plan with two master suites perfect for multiple families and incredible views.
We want you to have a relaxing time, so we have included a free quasi-concierge service.
The OCEANSIDE house has instant ocean access with a protected boat basin. This two-story canal home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and features a huge sundeck with ocean views and endless breezes. The home also features a 32 foot cut-in boat basin, and an additional 60 feet of dockage on the canal. The dock area has running water, a gas grill and plenty of outdoor furniture. Excellent fishing from the dock.
The BAYSIDE estate home is 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, incredible sunset views, 60 ft dock, boat ramp, large back deck and overlooks a 70 acre nature preserve (so no neighbors across the canal). The first floor has a master suite and second bedroom and 2 baths, with a huge living/ family/office room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a dining area, kitchen, bar seating and living room. Private Bayfront sandy beach included.
Located in Lower Matecumbe, the real part of the Keys, both houses are minutes to the bay and ocean. The houses are professionally cleaned and sanitized for our guests.

This is a gorgeous house in a spectacular location. The house is totally state-of-the-art, top-of-the-line & meticulous. The location is amazing--Private view of woods across the canal, and minutes to ocean by boat. We swam, snorkeled, kayaked and played all day, and watched the sunset over the mangroves in the evenings. This house truly lived up to the owners' claims and exceeded our expectations. Owners were helpful in recommending restaurants and local attractions. We can't wait to return to this house in Islamorada next year.

Comfortable and clean. House was of high quality, had a number of upgrades and had everything you needed. The owners were helpful and provided lots of suggestions for local activities and restaurants. The home is conveniently located to many beach activities and is also very private. Coming from Montana, this property met all of my expectations for the perfect Keys home. I would highly recommed this property to my friends and relatives and we are already planning our next return. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience.

This place was amazing. First, let's start with the house - it was spotless, has all the modern luxuries of being home (great kitchen, modern bathrooms, nice furniture) but still has that classic Keys charm. The owners took no short cuts with this house. The upstairs wrap around balcony provides a great view of sunsets and we spent many nights sitting out there watching the fish swimming around the fish light. The patio area is great for bbqs and having your own dock in the backyard will make any fisherman/woman happy. We also had access to a private beach where we could snorkel. Its also ideal if you are traveling with friends or multiple families because the upstairs and downstairs provide separate privacy, so you never feel on top of each other in this spacious house. We had three generations in our group staying and all of us cannot wait to go back. As far as location, you are minutes away from any restaurants, feeding the Tarpon and all of the other tourist attractions, but then can retreat to utter privacy if you so desire. The owners made the experience even more pleasurable. So far, they have been the most responsive people to any inquiries I have made to rent properties on vrbo and the entire process was so simple with them. Whether you are looking for a local weekend escape with family or friends or a long-term home away from home, I highly suggest that you put this property on your radar and stay here.

This is the 2nd home we have rented for extended periods of time in Islamorada. Both places were fine; but this property was like a dream come true for many reasons. It is on a quiet street and canal. The home is beautifully and functionally furnished. The owners are nearby and could not be more helpful. and informative. We fished off our dock with success and had friendly visits from the manatees. Our neighbors were interesting and friendly, mostly year-round folks, not snowbirds like us. And this big two story house let our friends visit us comfortably while we all maintained a high degree of privacy. We have no reservations about recommending this property.

Thank you for renting us your amazing house. The house was immaculate , which allowed us to spend our first vacation day boating, as opposed to cleaning!! Everything the owners stated was accurate - top of the line appliances, brand new furniture and great floor plan. Best of all was having the owners nearby to help us feel comfortable with the area, local spots and the house - it was like having a concierge service! We also enjoyed the incredible location with great ocean views, sunrises and constant breezes !!! We have stayed at several hotels in the area , and this was much more comfortable then any of them. If you want the perfect getaway...where you can spend your time relaxing instead of cleaning...this is the home for you!!! We will see you next spring break!

Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation rental. The bayside house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Besides the obvious quality and cleanliness of your house, the idea that my family and I could sit out back, look across the canal, and see mother nature, instead of barbecues, jet skis and sping breakers was just the best. The 70 plus acres that your house looks over across the canal always provided a quiet and tranquil end to each day. The sunsets were fabulous, as was the private bayfront beach for my kids. We also loved that the house is only a few seconds to the bay and only a few minutes to the ocean. We cannot wait to come back next year!!!
