Beautiful, spacious, private, one level patio home set on the 11th tee of the La Quinta Resort & Club's Dunes Course with stunning views of the fairway and mountains!
This home has three separate bedroom suites (each equipped with a television). The master suite has a private patio that overlooks the pool and has a king size bed. The second bedroom suite features a queen size bed. The third bedroom suite opens to a lovely patio and features a king bed. Each bedroom has a full bath with tub, separate full shower and double sinks.
The living room features a 52 inch plasma TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a marble gas fireplace to help with the cool nights in the desert and a separate bar area with an ice maker. A stereo with a CD player can be played in any room with individual volume controls. There is a separate dining room with a large dining table which seats six.
The kitchen is a chef's dream! Fully stocked so that your favorite meal can be prepared with ease. The kitchen also has a separate dining area.
One of three community pools and spas is right out the back door. There is a large 2 car garage and plenty of guest parking on the street.
World class golf, tennis and hiking, excellent restaurants and great shopping are just minutes away!
