One car garage parking Big screen in the living room and smaller TVs in two of the bedrooms Rent beach cruisers and cruise the boardwalk or perhaps go Kayaking in the bay or back bay preserve. Maybe do some surfing or take in a round of golf. Go down to the fun zone, ride the ferry, and take a spin on the Ferris wheel Or you can just relax, take in a movie or read a book while checking out the ocean and living the Newport Beach Lifestyle.
