I stayed in this lovely modern home for the month of April. It is furnished beautifully with everything one could wish for. The community pool directly across the street is a great bonus. This location is just perfect, in a quiet area and handy to restaurants, grocery shopping, hair salons etc. Kim and Jim are wonderful friendly owners. I would highly recommend their rental property.

This townhouse is as close to perfection as it gets. It is comfortable, quiet and located in an ideal spot. A five minute walk gets you to a super market, banks, drug stores, places to eat and last but not least a great sports bar. It is far enough from Tampa to get you away from the congestion but close enough to get where you want to go in a reasonable time. The Gulf is a short drive as well. We especially appreciated the cooperation of owners Kim and Jim, who could not do enough for us. We will definitely return in the future. Marjorie and Dick Bryant

My company was in Tampa for Superbowl lighting work and I rented the townhouse. The price, location and friendliness was exactly what we were looking for. We were only the second rental I believe for that unit so the minor issues we had were immediately resolved, the owners went out of her way to provide us with a BBQ pit for Superbowl weekend. The facility was well stocked and very clean.

We stayed in this townhouse during the week of Thanksgiving and found it to be the best property we have rented in Florida so far. We have stayed in appoximately 8 places over the years,some good and not so good. This property was exactly as advertised: new and up to date ammenities, very comfortable furnishings, clean, great location, quiet, but close to many great shops. You can walk to the supermarket, hair salon, restaurants, drugstores and Starbucks! We are definitely looking forward to staying in this property again. Thanks so much! Mike and Kim Murdock
