This condo is located on the beachside of Hwy. 98. You have a spectacular view of the gulf, with a splendid gulf breeze. This condo has been remodeled this year, and professionally decorated with new furniture, tile floors and paint, it will make you feel relaxed and you will enjoy your time at the beach.
You can enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches, and the sun filled days, it a short walk to the pier if you are up for some fishing, take a stroll down the beach and collect sea shells, or you can just relax on the beach.
After a fun filled day on the beach you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants that are only a short walk away, The Fish House, Mango Marley's, and Ruby Rumrunners, are all within walking distance or you can stay in and relax with a delivery from Beach Pizza. If you feel like cooking you have a fully equipped kitchen.

The condo was very nice and clean and looks just as the pictures posted show. It's quiet out there and you can leave your tent, beach chairs, ect. out on the beach the whole time and no one messes with anything. It's very laid back and quiet there, which is what we like. I recommend eating at Toucans if you want some good seafood. It was the best seafood we ate our whole trip. When we come back to Mexico Beach we will definitely see about staying at this condo!

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was excellent. It is in walking distance of the pier, resturants, and shopping. We had a great time, the beaches are great and we had a lot of fun. The condo was very clean, and the owners made us feel very comfortable it was like a home away from home. We will be coming back again and tell our friends about it. Thanks for a great place to stay.
