I can't thank all of our tenants enough for their generous comments and responses concerning our beach cottage. It is so comforting to know that all of the hard work that was devoted in transforming this once neglected weekend house into a tranquil, cozy, getaway cottage, has been so warmly admired and appreciated. $1500 week May, $900 Memorial Day weekend, $750/Long weekend $1800/week June $900/Long weekend (FRI SAT SUN NITE) $2000/week July (no long weekends offered) $2250/week August thru Labor day (no long weekends offered) $1700/week Sept $900/Long weekend (FRI SAT SUN NITE) $1200/month plus Utilities Sept 1 thru May 30 (3 month minimum) Off Season Rates: $250/nite, plus $75 clean fee (3 nite minimum)
