Family location at A PLACE AT THE BEACH III on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. With 550 feet of ocean beach frontage on S.C. fabulous beaches of the Grand Strand. In the middle of restaurant row. Shore Drive is a cul-de-sac street with only renter or owner traffic, away from the heavy congestion but still close to everything. There are no access roads or dunes to cross. When you walk out of the condo, your feet are on the beach. Second floor unit in in a 3 story building. Featuring an oceanfront covered balcony overlooking the ocean, pool, swash, and golf course. There are 2 swimming pools. Outdoor park benches, picnic tables, 6 charcoal barbecues, 2 showers, pool/deck chairs. Gated parking. A Non-Smoking unit with smoking permitted outside on covered balcony only. Bring your own bed linens, pillow cases, towels and wash cloths, or they can be supplied for an added nominal fee. FREE high speed DSL WIFI Internet access availability so bring your own computer/laptop that is WIFI configured and compatable. There is a Life Guard on duty at the ocean from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Less than two miles to Tanger Outlet Mall, Super Wal-Mart, Kroger's, Straw Market and Restaurant Row. Sorry but NO PETS, MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS, BOATS, CAMPERS. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old. Maximum capacity 6 people in unit.

We will be renting from the Addison's for the Fourth year this summer. They are easy to rent from and are eager to please their clients. The condo is always clean, the beach is not crowded, and the linens are fresh and white. The Condo is cozy and feels like home. We love it!

Enjoyed our week at Myrtle Beach. We beleive that it is highly recommended. It had all the amenities that were had listed and the access to the beach was great. The extra care to think of small items that we needed were on hand was a plus. We would recommend it highly and plan to come again. The kitchen delighted my wife who chose to cook our breakfasts and dinners at the condo saving time to go on the beach and look for shells!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Had a great week at "A Place at the Beach ". Love the Ocean access and pool as well. The condo is stocked with great kitchen supplies (even though I don't cook much on vaca). The furniture was extremely comfortable. Would highly recomend this condo.

My family has been going to Myrtle Beach for years. We love the variety of things to do - - - golf, beach, shop, rides and restaurants. Staying right on the beach in your condo was wonderful. Walking out of the condo your feet are on the beach making you able to take a beach break conveniently whenever you wish to.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the Addison's condo. It was conveniently located to everything. The beach as well as the pool. The extra amenities (WIFI, beach chairs, etc.) was also a big hit. We had a great time and would highly recommend renting from the Addison's.

The owner of this condo sent a nice welcome package that included a Myrtle Beach DVD. If you are new to the area this will be helpful. Condo unit was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend renting this unit.
