You can see the protected beaches of Lover’s Key State Park and Wiggins Pass Nature Preserve to the south, views of Sanibel to the west and miles of white, sandy beach heading north.
This condo is fully-equipped and will allow you to feel right at home. The master suite features a king-size bed, television, a large walk-in closet, and a lovely master bath. It overlooks the Gulf and has a door that opens directly to the lanai. The second bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in closet with a bathroom located directly across the hall. It overlooks the gorgeous bay on north side of the island. The bright, airy, modern kitchen lacks nothing. It opens directly to the dining area. Standing at the kitchen sink, you will see nothing before you but miles of beautiful turquoise Gulf waters! The condo also has its own washer and dryer, as well as assigned parking.
The beach outside your doorstep stretches uninterrupted for seven miles. It is a quiet, family-friendly beach with sugar-white, powder-soft sand. The warm, gentle waters of the Gulf are perfect for swimming. Shelling is superb! In spots, the Gulf bottom is carpeted with sand dollars; conchs, whelks and starfish abound! Within a minute or two walk, you can find jet ski's, kayaks, sailboats and other beach toys to rent, as well as walk-up spots for a quick refreshment.
The lush, beautifully landscaped property features a large, heated swimming pool, tiki huts with picnic tables, grills and shuffleboard. Cabanas are available for rent on the beach. Within walking distance of the property, you can find numerous shops and restaurants, as well as a movie theater, golf course, marina and much more. Should you decide to wander further, you can easily enjoy the delightful downtown area of Ft. Myers Beach simply by hopping on the island trolley.
Ft. Myers Beach is about 35 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. It is also easily accessible to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, as well as to lovely Bonita Beach and Naples.
