The Terraces at Eagle Ridge are located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Within easy walking to the slope and shopping. This unit overlooks beautiful Burgess Creek with a creek-side walking path to Gondola Square.
The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities. Including private, on call, shuttle service to and from the slopes. You can relax in a heated outdoor pool and/or hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores.
You also have a grocery store within easy walking distance from the condo. For the convenience of our guests we have a storage locker at the condo for your ski or hiking equipment.
This luxurious, two plus bedroom, two and a half-bath condominium is one of the largest in the Terraces at 1,360 square feet. The unit is located on the second floor, which can be reached by stairs or by elevator. For your convenience we have a stacked washer and dryer in our unit.
This unit comes with underground parking. Our unit provides a large family room TV, DVD player and a stereo. TVs are also located in each of the two bedrooms. This unit has been tastefully decorated to keep your comfort in mind.
This is a non-smoking unit. This unit is stocked with basic necessities to make your stay more enjoyable, i.e. shampoo, cream rinse, soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, hair dryers.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a window looking at the ski mountain. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. A downstairs closet has been converted into a bunk bed with two twin beds. We have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the family room. Free high-speed Internet provided.
There is a private shuttle that will take you to and from the mountain if you like, this service is also offered in the evening to go around the city of Steamboat. This shuttle is only available during the ski season.

Why the Owner Chose Terraces at Eagle Ridge
Steamboat is our favorite summer and winter resort in Colorado. There is so much to do in Steamboat its hard to decide what to do. Or you can just go to relax. Either way this its hard to beat Steamboat, especially if you bring the family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It is so relaxing to just sit on the patio, sipping your favorite beverage while enjoying the view of the mountains and listening to the nearby creek. The patio overlooks the pool / hot tub area so you can keep an eye on the kids if you bring them. The patio also has its own stairs leading down to the pool which is very convenient and private.
Base of Gondola lift and other chair lifts at the Ski Area Base. Purchase tickets, enroll in ski school, shops and dining.

This was a great get away for the summer. Everything was quiet and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. Would definitely go there again.

The owners were very helpful and prompt with answering my questions. It was nice to have the keys sent before our stay, so we could drive right to the condo and get in without waiting. The condo is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and humidifier were wonderful extras. The condo also has a great shuttle service. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone.

This is the perfect location and the condo is great. Had so much fun! Grocery store on your way back from skiing, and a hot tub right outside the condo. Very nice set up!

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo! Our family of four fit nicely and we even had a second family of four visit. We liked: Plenty of space and the 2.5 baths were appreciated by all! The pool and hot tub being literally steps away The heated parking Ski locker Shuttle to the mountain (we walked back sometimes) My ten-year-old boy loved the "bunk closet" Development is in a nice area with nice views We would definitely stay again, we all had a great time!
