The front of the property opens to St. Augustine Park, the largest of Rosemary’s green spaces, which is ideal for playing sports, relaxing or letting the kids play in the dancing water fountains. The home is perfect to share with another family offering plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and four have private bathroom suites and walk-in closets. Second Floor: The Master Suite is located on the second floor; complete with a king size bed, walk-in closet, large flat screen TV and outdoor balcony. The master has a large 2 sink bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate glass shower with a large rain fall shower head. There is also a second bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and full private bathroom. This floor also has a comfortable sitting area with a pull out sofa and balcony that overlooks the back courtyard. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also located on this floor.
Third Floor: The third floor features an open and airy floor plan with dining area, living room with flat screen TV and gourmet kitchen. There are 2 balconies, one off the dining area with a gas grill, and a larger balcony off the living area with plenty of room for outdoor dining at the large cedar table, relaxing with your favorite book or watching your kids play in the park below. The kitchen features state of the art appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove, a large icemaker for entertaining and a wine cooler. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for 8 people. There is a central island in the kitchen with 4 stools for additional seating. This level also has a convenient powder room off the living room.
Fourth Floor: The fourth floor has 2 twin beds, a private closet, a large flat screen TV, along with a DVD player, Nintendo Wii, Gamecube, both with plenty of games, as well as, a wide variety of books, board games, puzzles and card games. In addition, this level has 2 large balconies that offer breathtaking views of Rosemary. One is perfect for watching the Rosemary red sky sunsets; the other is a covered porch with high ceilings and a ceiling fan with plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining and lounging.
