Welcome to the Quay (pronounced "Key") in Ocean City MD. For thirty years this has been one of the best-known locations for summer fun and relaxation. We are right in the heart of the famous "Condo Row" and our unit is furnished with the best of everything. The views of the ocean go on forever...even the secondary bedrooms have a wall of windows so you can always check out the surf! The master bedroom is direct oceanfront and has a king-sized bed with cherry furniture, huge closets, and the private master bath is all-new with an oversized all-tile shower.
Our kitchen features cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, and black granite countertops. It is fully stocked with all cookware, extra plates/bowls, utensils and small appliances. The range is smooth top with convection feature. There is a 4-seat breakfast bar for your enjoyment with ocean views. An oversized dining table seats eight with a definite tropical flair, and is flanked with windows that are directly on the ocean.
In the living area there is an oversized sliding glass door to the balcony, and there are **two** loveseats and a sofa. The side wall is mirrored to enhance the water views. New for 2010 is a 40" Sony LCD TV on a new maple entertainment console, along with a DVD/VCR. Dozens of movie DVD's and videos are provided suitable for every age bracket for your enjoyment.
The middle bedroom has a queen bed as well as a pyramid bed (single bed over a full) that sleeps five total. Then there is a 23" LCD TV with a Sony Playstation 2 (plays DVD's) with dozens of games! This room is much larger than the typical shore condo bedroom, and has lots of glass with great ocean views (see the picture)!
The last bedroom features a queen size bed and 27" TV. There is a Nintendo Game Cube with games and separate DVD player also provided. Ocean and bay views are available from this room as well! Next to this bedroom is the second bathroom. Also in the hallway closet are a newer full-size washer and dryer.
With over 1500 square feet this is one of the largest three bedroom oceanfront condo layouts in town. The building features indoor and outdoor pools, huge arcade, ping-pong and internet rooms (bring your own laptop) as well as 24-hour security for your benefit.
No SMOKING, but we do provide ashtrays for your use while on the balcony.
No GROUP RENTALS - such as High School or College Grads! Please don't even ask; we've heard it all before! You must be 25 to rent and be able to prove it! FAMILIES ONLY!
No Pets - Condo rules do not allow tenants to bring pets, and those who choose to ignore the rules will be subject to eviction by our security dept, and forfeit all rental monies.
The Quay Security Dept. charges a $25 registration fee payable at check-in mid-May thru mid-September; includes (1) parking pass. Additional parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis for $10/day or $50/week. If the lot is "sold out" for extra cars (one space is guaranteed), there is a Town of Ocean City lot two blocks away.
