The four Bedrooms have two king and two queen beds, there are 3 Convertible single beds in the house(2 are comfortable for adults) and there is one baby crib in it's own room. House sleeps 8-10 very comfortably.
***Casa Tres Vistas Luxury Villa with Infinity Pool****
This luxurious home has been completely updated and remodeled and is close to the heart of San Miguel Allende. It has some of the most breathtaking views of this gorgeous old European style city. It will seem like you are on the hillside in Tuscany, yet you are only a one-hour drive and two-hour flight from Dallas. The restaurants are amazing, especially the Italian (it's true). The only noticeable exception is that the weather is beautiful year round.
The villas location is only a four-minute drive or a 12-minute walk from the center-of-town. You will have the option to be driven around by the full-time houseman in a new six-passenger Kawasaki Mule (see photo). Also, this home is only a two-minute drive (or seven-minute walk) to Juarez Park where you will find jungle gyms, basketball courts and a great jogging path for you and the kids.
Upon your arrival to Tres Vistas, you will be greeted by the cascading waterfall along with a Margarita and many smiles. The guest casita is your first stop on your journey to the main house. This casita has a loft with a queen size bed, full bath, an entertainment room with a large flat screen TV, a fun Tequila Bar and a lounging area for entertaining.
As you continue up on the stone steps from the casita to the main house, you will be taken in by the lush gardens, outdoor sitting areas and a gorgeous waterfall that cascades over a large meandering rock wall. This waterfall is created by the overflow from the infinity edge of the swimming pool above. This heated pool includes a spacious area to swim, a hot tub for six and a shallow beach area which is perfect for lounging in the sun while staying cool. Poolside, there is a grassy lawn that joins an outdoor room with a large screen TV, comfortable seating and a stately wood-burning fireplace, which is ideal for enjoying San Miguel’s cool nights.
There are two poolside bedrooms here (one king and one queen, both with full baths), where one can’t help but look out from his/her bed and see the infinity edge of the pool with the backdrop of La Parroquia and El Centro. There is no better way to wake up in the morning or go down for the evening than this. On this same level, there is also an office (including high speed internet and US phone) with an amazing view of the infinity pool and the mountains as well. In addition, there is a Wii (popular video game) room for the kids. This room is an American-style playroom that is a perfect getaway for kids, ideal for playing video games, watching movies or doing arts and crafts.
As you go to the second level of the house you will find the master suite (king and private bath) which opens to a private courtyard and a second swimming pool. The second floor of this home is where you will find the gourmet kitchen that includes amazing views, bar and a breakfast nook for six. On the same level, there is also a dining room, which seats 10, an open living area with a big screen LCD TV, two sitting areas and a baby grand player piano. Best of all, there is a large outdoor patio/balcony with another wood burning fireplace with even more spectacular views of the city.
If you haven’t had enough of the views, there is an additional level to this house that includes a rooftop garden, cabana, hammock and layout area, which is at the peak of the property. It's perfect for someone looking for alone time or some romance.
Additional amenities include high-speed Internet, WIFI, cable TV, Vonage phone and a large garage that holds the six person Kawasaki Mule and a four wheeler. The staff includes a house man, seven days a week and a maid, six days a week (additional days available at renter’s expense). The maid prepares breakfast only. Other fabulous cooks are available for hire for lunch and dinner. House favorite masseuses are also on call to fit your schedule (Note: Incredible Massages are 400 pesos or approximately $25 to 30 USD).
The villa is located in the city of San Miguel de Allende. San Miguel is a two-hour direct flight from Dallas and a one-hour drive from Leon Airport. It is a three-minute car ride from the center of town. A six-seater Kawasaki Mule is provided with full price rental and also available for use at $30 a day including driver if rental rate is less.
As of 2008, San Miguel is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is also rated as one of the Top Ten destinations in the world by Conde Nast Traveler magazine. It is world famous for its Art, European influenced architecture, cuisine, nightlife and mild climate. This makes it a big attraction for vacationers year round. We have a full office with DSL wireless connection. I can be in San Miguel and do virtually the same as my US office, yet be in my favorite location in the world, with the best views of the city.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de hospedarnos en esta maravillosa propiedad en San Miguel de Allende, la limpieza impecable, la propiedad perfectamente jardinizada y muy bien mantenida. , el encargado de recibirnos suamamente amable y muy profesional. El resto del personal tambien muy amables . Todos los miembros de mi familia estuvieron muy satisfechos , eramos mi esposa y yo, mis 4 hijos, 2 yernos y mis 2 nietos, once en total y la casa con espacio comodo y suficiente para todos. Recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad y nosotros en lo personal , esperamos hospedarnos de nuevo en ella cuando visitemos San Miguel de Allende nuevamente.

Deb: Just a quick note to let you know how very much we enjoyed staying in your lovely home. We adored San Miguel and would definitely return. Angelica was great and the staff was terrific. Luis was so wonderfully helpful and efficient and Josephina (sp?) was a delight. Her breakfasts were fabulous. The garden was gorgeous thanks to your hard-working gardener and Salvador lit us two long-lasting and warming fires. In any case, I trust you found everything in good order and hope you enjoy your stay. We would definitely be interested in renting the house again, but would want to stay longer. My family and I want to say thank you for creating such a great experience around your house in SMA. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in SMA and especially at your home. It is a wonderful place, decorated unbelievably well, fantastic views, really great pools and lounging areas, and so enjoyable to stay at. The staff you have assembled is outstanding! Luis, Josephina and Salvatore are all so great. The gardener is even a nice guy. They so added to the experience for us. They are really such an added bonus to the trip. Angelica Tours people were great as also. We used them for pick up & return, as day guides and their masseuse Monica was amazing. Semana Santa was an outstanding time to be in SMA. The weather was perfect and the people were so great the whole trip. We had been in the south of Spain for the holiday before and SMA does it right!

A fabulous retreat perched on a mountain in San Miguel with wonderful views of the city and beyond. You never feel as if you're anywhere but paradise during your stay at TresVistas. The house staff provides great service and are there for anything you may need. There is a watchmen stationed at the house throughout the night that provides a sense of security which was important to us in selecting a property. Two other couples as well as my wife and myself stayed for one week during January, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The climate was great, with the sun shining every day and temperature between ~65 - 75 degrees except at night when it hovered around 50. The staff really makes life easy on you, as they provide you with ample information regarding how to get around the city and offer concierge services tailored to your needs.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is the best homes I've rented on vacation. The views were trully the best in town, the furnishing were amazing(nothing like you would expect from a rental) and the staff was so friendly and really seemed appreciative when serving us. The Kawasaki Mule, outdoor TV and fireplace were all so nice and convenient to have. The two pools were awesome for the kids and the hottub was great for the adults. We loved San Miguel so much, but we almost loved this house more. It was hard to leave because we were some comfortable and relaxed in this home. A big thanks to the owners for staying in touch and checking on us during our stay. They really cared that everything was perfect. They also had the best margaritas ready for us when we arrived and provided any amenity imaginable. Such a great trip.
