This is a lovely 1-BD that has a very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, and all brand new furniture. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2 flights of stairs, no elevator) and is located on Mulberry Street, between Broome Street and Grand Street, in the heart of Little Italy and NoLita. It is a wonderful neighborhood to spend your holiday. Some of the best pizza EVER, at Lombardi's, is steps away from the apartment. SoHo and Chinatown are 2 blocks away, with restaurants and great shopping in every direction. It is a short walk to Greenwich Village and the Lower East Side.

The 6 train is 2 and a half blocks away, the B/D train is 4 blocks away, and the J/M/Z is only 4 blocks away.

The sunny bedroom faces the back of the building and the apartment is very quiet. There is a 37" high definition plasma flat screen TV, DVD player, full cable, full kitchen/cooking supplies, dining table for 2, and a computer with hi-speed internet, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Plenty of fresh linens and towels will be provided.

  • We absolutely loved the apartment! It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and homely, and the location is perfect. It's in easy walking distance of some great shopping and sights, and the neighbourhood is packed with great restaurants and bars. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and was there for any questions or advice we needed answered. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to stay there next time we're in town!
