  Just spent 4 nights statying at the resort in this condo and it was a fabulous experiece. The beach villas is a beautiful property in the perfect area of Ko olina. What makes this condo special is it's location within the buidling. The 9th floor allows for panoramic views and you are perched high in your own private location. When sitting on the Lanai you feel a sense of privacy and relaxation. This will be my location for all future trips.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  Sorry for the late review posting! My family stayed here April of 2011. It was simply fabulous! We had 5 people (all adult over the age of 18) in this unit and there was still more than enough room for everyone. The view from this unit is outstanding. We especially liked the fact that from the balcony one way we could see the ocean and from the other way we had a beautiful view of the Ko Olina golf course! Not just a sliver of a view but a full view! The owners of this unit are really great worked with us regarding out late check in time and upon our arrival we were greeted and shown to the unit by a lovely lady. This is a beautiful area. Extremely clean and safe! Walking distance to a wonderful little shopping center with restaurants and a great general store that has everything you need including fresh fruit and some vegetables. We especially like the fact that the grounds and pools are behind locked gates so the general public can’t access the grounds or pools. This is nice when the beach area gets busy! You can also walk to the other resorts restaurants giving a nice range of food choices! I would highly recommend this condo unit to anyone looking for a nice Hawaii holiday! We will definitely be going again!

  Our family just returned today (sadly) from spending 10 days at this fabulous condo! It was an awesome vacation. This is our second visit to the resort, our first stay in this condo. The resort itself is beautiful and is much less busy (and more relaxing) that the other options in Ko'Olina. Other than a few trips out of the area we spent most of our time by the pool or at the beach with our boys (8 & 4). Our service overall was fantastic! We had a red eye flight out and even though we had to check out at 11am the resort gave us full access to the rest of the facility so we could enjoy our last full day in Hawaii! The condo itself was great. The views were amazing and since it was east facing it was very quiet and private. We would see the whales out in front of the condos each day all day! What a treat! I could sit out on the lanai all day in awe! The condo had everything we needed and then some! With small kids we would have to spend a fair amount of "rest" time in the condo and it was great having one as nice as this one. The owners were really great to work with and would respond very quickly with any questions I may had! The lagoons at Ko'Olina were beautiful and great for our kids who are a bit overwhelmed by larger waves. The sand was beautiful, the water was beautiful, and the waves were gentle! It was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a while and that says a lot seeing as how it can be a lot of work taking a vacation with 2 little kids! We can NOT wait to come back again!!

  My wife and 3 kids stayed at this property for 8 days at the beginning of August. Being our first trip to Hawaii, we were uncertain where to stay and thought that this property would offer a less hectic alternative than Waikiki. We were VERY glad that we chose this property. The location is about 25 miles outside Honolulu and is in a very beautiful area. The new Disney property and JW Marriott are next door. The property is fantastic. It's located on the 9th floor with great views and he interior is exactly as advertised- very high-end furnishings. Our favorite feature was being able to open the sliding doors to the patio (which recessed into the wall creating a 12 foot opening) letting us enjoy the breeze and beach views. The pools and lagoons are fantastic and are great for kids (especially younger ones). The owners were prompt with all communications and refunded our damage deposit quickly. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

  The property is extremely well presented and exceeded our high expectations, everything we needed was on hand (including buckets/spades, beach towels etc), kitchen very well appointed and with all the necessary equipment. We also found the resort also very quiet. The photos and the description are a good representation of the property and when we arrived it was very tidy. We had a number of email discussions with the owner prior to booking and they were very helpful and responsive. We found the location handy to most things via rental car, 20-30 minutes to the Dole Plantation, 10 minutes to the Safeway supermarket and other food outlets, 30 minutes to Ala Moana/Waikiki and 20 minutes to Pearlridge shops. We also found it helpful for ½ day driving tours of the North, North West parts of the island. We hope to come back in a few years time (although for longer) and will hopefully get the same property. We would happily recommend this property to friends and family. Highly commended and recommended.

  My wife and two boys, ages 5 and 8, just spent ten very relaxing days in this condo on the Beach Villas Ocean Tower at Ko Olina. Since we didn't plan many day excursions outside of the resort area, we were looking for a property that would offer a great, relaxing, and stress-free experience, which we found here. KO OLINA RESORT AREA We really liked the overall area, which was only 30 minutes from Honululu and only five minutes from Kapolei, a city with many restaurants, stores, and even a Costco. Five minutes from the resort was the Wet N Wild waterpark where we spent the day with the kids and had a a blast. The Ko Olina resort area features man-made lagoons in front of each of the three resorts (JW Marriott Hotel and Marriot Beach Club (time share)) and we spent part of each day down in the sandy beach and swimmig in the protected ocean area, which was great. The restaurants at the nearby Marriott Beach Club were great for dinner and getting morning lattes. PROPERTY The property is exceptional, featuring two pool areas and amazing landscaping throughout. There is a lap pool area, which is designation a "quiet area" (tactful way of saying "no young children please") so we didn't actually swim in that area. But the main larger pool is built to feel like a lagoon, with lava rock features all around and most swimming areas where our kids were safe because it was only 3 1/2 feet deep in 90% of the pool. There were also two hot tubs, one with a sandy bottom and we enjoyed those a lot. The lounge chairs and in-pool chairs are all new and extremerly comfortable, so lounging by the pool was terrific. There are also four Wolf grills in the pool area which are great for cooking meals and we had no problem cooking a few dinners and sharing the large grill area with other vacationers. The pool bar is limited to only 3:30 to 5:30 each day and offers beer, wine, and some kids blended drinks. The gym is also exceptional and we used it every day. CONDO UNIT The condo unit definitely meets the high expectations set with the photos. The quality of the unit and furnishings, including a comfortable bed, were exceptional. We also had a great tour by Eric Binger, who met us when we arrived. The deck is large and a great view, although you overlook an undeveloped patch of land and pick up some occasional road nice, but you have a lot o privacy on that side of the unit. Overall, I rate this five stars and would recommend it for a great family vacation spot!
