I had this house built in the spot I chose. From its location, you can be anywhere in about 15 minutes. Attractions within that time frame include many; mocie theater, shopping malls, downtown, airport, Alaska Zoo, golf courses, resorts and much more.
There is a lot of space and the feel of comfort in this 1500 sq ft property that has a beautiful yard that is not fenced. You can see the mountains to the north, right off the balcony. Depending on the weather, the mountains can look small and far away. On other days they can look huge and up close. The sunrises from the mountains on the left, and sets on the city to the right.
The Northern lights are a beautiful sight to watch. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, that they will dance in the sky as you wistles and make noise.
The house is fully furnished with linen and appliances, and is kept clean, cozy and maintained. We keep cleaning products stocked also; laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, disinfectants, glass cleaners, etc. There is not worries on vacationing, and bringing a luggage full.
We have all channels on our Dish Network with a DVR. Record your favorites to watch later, pause it to do something or rewind it cause you missed something. You don't have to really miss what you do at home, while your not at home. Home away from home.
Our furnature is new and quit comfortable.

- Amenities
- Washer: Laundry room is located on 2nd floor. The unit fits king comforter size loads. Laundry detergent is provided.
- Dryer: The dryer is side-by-side with the washer on the second floor. Dryer sheet are provided.
- Linens Provided: Clean and folded linen is provided in the linen closet upstairs and fresh, clean linen on all beds are made and set for each new guest. Towels and rags are all provided.
- Garage: The garage is large and spacous, but fits one vehicle inside. The dinning room and kitchen are located right above it.
- Off Street Parking: The driveway is paved and provides plenty of parking, that can fit an RV or two. But if you need more room, the street is wide enought for parking: both sides of the street, with plenty of room for the two lanes.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: The paved driveway is large enough to fit an RV in front of the front door and still give you room the drive a car up and into the garage.
- Beds
- Queen Bed (2) : In our lower room, we have a beautiful, Eagle carved (with detail) for the bed frame, with a nice comfortable mattress. Our master bedroom is a wood, curved, slay style framing with matching night stand and a large dresser that has a mirror.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : In the upper room we have two twin size beds on each side of the room, seperated by a little stand.
- Bunk Bed: In the lower open room, we have a bunkbed set up. The top is a twin and the bottom changes from a futon couch to a full-size bed.
- Entertainment
- Cable/Satellite TV: A DVR from Dish Network is provided for your entertainment, with many channels to choose from. You can record, program, pause and rewind parts you miss or wish to watch.

- Full Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen; refrigerator, stove and oven, sink, dishwasher, ice maker and filtered water, linen, spices, and much more.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: Cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, plate and glassware are available. We even provide a selection of seasoning to use.
- Refrigerator: There is plenty of room to refrigerate your food or drinks. Filtered water and ice dispensers are on the front freezer door.
- Dishwasher: We provide dishwasher detergent to use the dishwasher, but we also have dish detergent, scrub pads, and rags.
- Microwave: Turntable, digital microwave.

- Deck/Patio: There are 2 small decks located at the front door and at the slidding glass door.
- Balcony: The balcony is above the garage door and paved driveway. You can see the mountains, stars, sunrise on left and sunset on right.

- Mountain View: You can see the mountains by the house. There are so many wonderful, beautiful views that are sites you would be amazed to see and/or capture. From sunrise to sun down, and all in between.Depending on the weather,
- Communications
- Telephone: Magic Jack is connected to the ClearWire Internet and a phone. It calls long distance at no additional charge due to it being nation wide.
- Computer: A desk top computer is on a desk in the open area located downstairs.
- Broadband Internet: ClearWire Broadband is provided for our guests. You can take it anywhere in the house since it is small and portable. It is connected to our desk top computer.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: If any indication of animals or damages accure due to animals, then charges will be automaticly charged to your card or taken from your Reservation/Security Deposit.
- Kid Friendly: TV, Stereo, big backyard and walking down the road. There are also many activities, trails, parks, rec centers, malls and more.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is NOT allowed inside vacation home. You can smoke outside, but the butts must be properly disposed of and not on ground premises. Any indications may add additional charges that will be automaticly charged to your card or taken from your Reservation/Security Deposit.

Why the Owner Chose Anchorage
My family and I purchased the property and had the house built the way we wanted, on it. We use to live in this beautiful house. We have other family members that are neighbors around.
There are two gas stations down the road and a movie rental. The neighbor hood is nice and quite. You can see the mountain from the house, that make it nice to sit on the balcony. The Alaska Zoon is within 5-10 minutes away, and you can go see the polar bears, linx, wolverines, tigers, bald eagle and much more. Ther are golf courses during the summer. The only Indoor Golf course is also located close to the house, so if you love golf and come during winter, you have no worries on fun. There are skii resorts all around town, but the closes one to the property is the Hill Top. During somer, you can walk the trails on Hill Top and see the beauty of Alaska, and its wildlife around.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The sunrise and sunsets are such a sight to see. As you are on the balcony, the sun rises from your left and sets on your right. Alaska has many views that are stunning. You can just drive down the highways of Alaska and see beauty all around. You will see moose walking around in town. The neighbor hood is great and many places (i.e. resturants, malls, parks,..) are within a 15 minute radius, but still not a problem where the house is.

I travel and stay very busy, but that's what happens when you own a constently growing business. We have four beautiful children, and many of our relatives also live here too.
