A large 2500 sq ft 2 story home is 9 houses from the sandy beach and short walking distance to the Village of La Jolla Cove and Prospect St. Feel the ocean breezes, watch the waves break, listen to surf, and enjoy beautiful sunsets from your large 2nd story balcony and roof deck!
The heart of the home is located on the second level with a large spacious living room (with pull out sofa) and dining room with French doors to the large balcony. Plus a fully equipped modern kitchen make this home a self contained retreat.
On the first level you will find the large master suite with king bed. It is a wonderful retreat in itself featuring a fireplace, spa like master bath and shower, and patio off the bedroom. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The third bedroom is on the second floor with queen bed and private balcony.
