Our Loon Retreat is equipped with everything your family will need for a great vacation in beautiful and elegant surroundings. Our Loon Retreat is conveniently located just 1.5 miles off of Interstate 93.
In the Master Bedroom we have a king size 4 poster bed, we have vaulted ceilings with crown molding, a floor to ceiling stone wall fireplace, an large deck overlooking a beautiful wooded view in back and great views of South Peak Mountain from the front bedrooms.
We have air conditioning for the summer and an indoor ski rack for the winter along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including all the supplies you will need for the chef in the family.
There are walking trails on the property and a sports club that includes a private indoor pool, a patio overlooking the lake, changing rooms with showers and a sauna, a weight room, a lounge with a TV, and vending machine.
For those with small children, we have provided many amenities to make travel easy and convenient. There are plastic plates and cups in the kitchen. We have a portable crib, a high chair and a portable changing table for the smallest ones.
There are games and age appropriate videos. We have encased all mattresses and pillows and have no down for those with allergies.

Fabulous Place; Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

We spent 5 nights here with our 4 year old. From the moment we walked in we were instantly impressed and so was our little one who took one look at the bedroom with its own TV, toys & books and shouted with glee, "Mom, Dad, I love it here!" We've stayed in several condos in Lincoln & this one by far is our favorite. It was spotless, has comfortable furniture in good condition, a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and fabulous little extras like spices, a Brita water pitcher, dish & laundry detergent---the stuff you hate to buy if you are only staying a few days, but love to be able to use just a smidge of. The owners have also thought of everything needed to be kid-friendly from childproofing electrical outlets to a step stool for the bathroom sink to kid-sized plastic dishes (in addition to the very nice grown-up dishes & stemware) to room-darkening blinds & curtains--which made vacationing with a little one so much easier. We could not have been happier with our stay and truly did not want to leave. This will be our first choice when we return to the White Mountains.

We just came back from our stay at this condo and it could not have been better. The place was immaculate, nicely furnished, and was like a "home away from home". After spending the days at nearby attractions ( hiking trails, kayaking, etc.) it was a great place to come back to and relax in the living room watching TV with the family. We even had some time to use the club house which was truly enjoyed. We look forward to coming back and would like to thank Wendi (and family) for her hospitality. She truly strives to make her customers as welcome and comfortable as possible and definitely succeeds in this endeavor.

This place was the best. The owner, Wendi, went above and beyond to give us great tips before we even came. The condo is spotless and furnished great. Plenty of room. We have a family of five. The little extras like sugar and some non-perishables were great in case you forget something like us. Thanks for a great week and a great value. We will definatly be back.

We loved this Forest Ridge condo so much. The weeks weather was off and on rain, so we spent a lot of our afternoons hanging around the condo. The kids loved their bedroom, and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room and cooking in the kitchen. This one level condo works great for families with small children, you always know where they are at all times. By the end of our week we did not want to leave, we got very comfortable here and the kids got so much use from the indoor pool and hot tub. I would recomend this place, and we will with out a doubt be back. Thank you to Wendi and family for providing such a comfortable place to vacation. Kerry and family
