May family and I (two adults and two children) spent the weekend of Hurricane Irene at this lovely condo. We still had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated and well-equipped. The location is great. Easy walking distance to a great beach and walking distance to the cute little Maushop Village. We also spent time a Mashpee Commons which had good restaurants and a movie theater. Would definitely recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My Wife and I rented the Paterson's Cape Cod retreat to celebrate our anniversary the last week of August and simply could not have been happier with our decision. We booked online, and prayed it was what we expected. The title says "condo", but it's actually a two story townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 balconies, a great patio for grilling, walking distance to the beach, and perfectly situated near all the village needs; New England's best lobster rolls, convenience shops, coffee shops, mini golf, a wholesale lobster place, etc... This home is in pristine condition with all new appliances, a great built in stereo downstairs so you can always have some good tunes playing, and every amenity you need. Add to this, Cathy is so easy to deal with that it simply could not have gone smoother. Although my Wife and I would like to keep this little hidden gem to ourselves, without hesitation we recommend this place. We will continue to rent for many years-to-come. Thank you for an incredible experience. Rarely do I rate or provide reviews, but this was well deserved.

It doesn't get better than this! Adorable 2 bedroom condo...with dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable and comfy couches. Enjoy your morning coffee on the masterbedroom balcony while enjoying the ocean view. After a short walk to the beach, come home to grill your dinner on the private patio. For dessert and fun time with (or without) the kids, enjoy some mini-golf and icecream in the Village center. My blood pressure always lowers the moment I step into this warm and welcoming place. This is a beautiful condo, nicely appointed, and very warm and iniviting. It was very clean and well mantained with a great floor plan. I plan to rent this condo again this summer. I would recommend this unit to anyone spending time on Cape Cod as it is very centrally located to all areas of the Cape. Plenty to do right in the little village of Maushop as well. Beautiful beach just steps from the unit. Plus it has great balconies with awesome views! Perfect for a family of 4.
